We’ve been to the Vienna location and here I got less than a half of regular amount of halloumi cheese in my burger So now I ate two burgers and half the onion rings and am still hungry. $35 later we’re on the way to get more food

Excellent. I didn’t want a burger today and OMG… so glad I went in! The uncooked meat looked wonderfully pink and fresh. Low and behold… it’s Halal. The options are too many to list so I will tell you my selection. Brioche bun, American cheese, red onion fresh, sweet and hot peppers. They use real cherry peppers! Real Cherry Peppers! / Fresh Fries with bay seasoning / perfectly Thick Oreo milkshake. I will go again! Highly recommended.

Very bad customer service, I have been a customer of this store for years and every time the customer service is very poor but today when I came in and asked for a order and paid almost 70 dollars (which is a crazy amount of price for a little bit of food) my 3 kids came in and ordered and waited for half an hour and once the order was ready, they got up and filled up a cup with some juice and the worker, which is an old Arab man was mad at them for some juice and didn’t even consider the fact that they forgot half of my order and once we got home we realized that half our order was not in there. How is he concerned over some juice, but he forgot half of our order that we waited for so long and, considering the fact that we live far away and I had to come back and get the order. Very bad customer service and will never come back again.

Give this place a chance! While it looks like a standard burger joint, the employee was very nice and the food was pretty good. If there’s a line give it a minute, the guy working when we went was pretty fast.

They used to be a great organic Halal burger place, lately they have been pretty disappointing with only one staff in the whole store that resulted in long lines/ wait time, bad quality food and an unwelcoming atmosphere with AC not working.

One of a kind. They dont only have the best burgers, they also have the best attitude in the world. I traveled to DC with my 3 years old and she decided to throw tantrums at the restaurant, the chef was so understanding and she made her a small cheese burger and the cashier put her some cartoons. She was so happy to the point where she didnt want to leave. Moral of my feedback is that those people deserve all the best and if there was more than 5 stars I would definitely give it to them.
