Ordered 2 vegan burgers online through the Burger7 site and were given Halloumi (cheese) instead. When we called to get a refund we were told they could not because it was an online order. They said to get the vegan burger we should have done “build your own”. This place seems to have zero knowledge of food allergies and the ingredients in their products.

Last night I witnessed something embarrassing in this restaurant, I felt sadness for the girl in front of me, but the other lady who cooks was screaming, saying many offensive and horrible words to her co-workers, I understand a little Spanish. she yelled very unpleasant things at them, and the cashier only told her that if she could keep quiet but the lady yelled more she could not keep control by herself. And the cashier only apologized us for that inopportune moment, I hope that the offended are well and God bless them. It is a good service but it’s unfortunate that this happens. (Labor abuse)

Ordered from here last week via DoorDash. Food was really bad! Burger patties were burnt very cold, hot dog was cold and rubbery like it was cooked several days ago and half my order was wrong or missing items. Very disappointed and not tasty at all. Was very excited to try this place because it was Halal and advertising seems really good, but experience was not good at all. Couldn’t finish half the food unfortunately.
