Located at Tampa airport after security. Typical fast food place… actually they sell Heineken beer and wine in cans… food just ok… prices acceptable

Place looked clean and organized, order the Classy burger with sweet potatoes. After waiting for 20 minutes, the 3 orders before mine and my orders got mixed up and a total mess trying to figure out who gets what. After they got it right and just in time before my flight abput to take off, my burger was dry, my fries order looked good, but when I started to eat not only it was cold, it had regular fries on the bottom and topped off with sweet potatoes.

Pretty decent hamburgers. But it was expensive because your at the airport. The line can get crazy, so you need to make sure that you have enough time. The fries were also really good as well

Food was okay. I liked the breakfast sandwich but no one else in my party ate their sandwiches. We waited about 25 minutes for our food. I felt bad for the people ahead of and behind me in ordering.l who after waiting the same or longer, gave up and boarded their planes without the food they paid for. I almost had to do the same except my husband boarded and saved me a seat. No one there cared. No urgency, no sorry for the wait. And it’s breakfast – tater tots, eggs, bacon. No excuse for such a long wait.

This location was definitely not up to their standards. The bun was stale. The bottom of the bun was literally hard. The burger was dry and overcooked. The fries were cold and I ate right next to the restaurant so it was not like I traveled with my meal. The staff was very friendly but if I am going to pay over $15 for a burger then it had better be a good one. I am very disappointed. I thought this location was here to introduce folks not from Tampa Bay about the Burger 21 brand. Definitely an epic fail.

As one of the few places opened at 5am in terminal A, it was fairly busy, but order came out in a reasonable time and the staff was very friendly. Burrito was just ok and priced as expected for the airport

impossible burgers! sweet potato fries! oh my! quite literally the FASTEST food I have received at an airport ever, and the counter person and one who gave my food to me were so nice. my meal was delicious! thank you for saving my hungry vegan tummy from starvation before a long work flight! great job (I am keeping a star back because they are not all vegan – maybe someday!)

One of the only places in any airport to get a big keto breakfast. The OMG Sammie (even sans bun) is excellent and filling. The wait time wasn’t bad, either–we waited no more than 5 minutes for our food. I’ll be stopping through a second time if I ever find myself in TPA again at breakfast.
