Called to make a reservation and the man on the phone was not friendly in assisting. When we arrived I told them our name and they said there wasn’t a reservation under our name. The middle aged hostess who seems like the owner then made us feel guilty about the reservation not going through/being written down. I saw someone else review of the same woman. When we got seated our waiter made us feel very uncomfortable when we politely said we were good without having wine. He made a rather passive comment about us not drinking alcohol that was uncalled for and made us feel awkward. He then didn’t offer any other drinks for us. We also didn’t get silverware or napkins until we asked. The food was outstanding however. We got penne vodka and fettuccini alfredo. At the end we waited 20 minutes for him to bring us our check. Then we waited another 10 for him to come pick it up. The place itself was very pretty and nice but the people, even the guests eating too were judgmental and entitled. Although the food was great we would not go back. I would not recommend

Ordered for pickup. While staff was pleasant as they end pickup verg early fir finner due to dinner crowd.. Food leaked all over in bag and sauce went all over car. Need to have more secure packaging for pickup. Food was not bad though Little 2 much lemon. Saturated the veal . Parking very limited so took chance with double park to drop in for pickup. Though pickup. Inside looked nice and was told outside available as well but small

I took my wife here for our little getaway, food was excellent and what most people recommended was the lobster ravioli it was delicious, the service was great, amazing coffee and a very nice setting. The only things i would say is that i wish they had a little music playing in the bavk ground to drown all of the conversations that were happening around us, we could here everyones convo and it was very distracting and annoying, also we felt it was over crowded. I recommend making reservations or you’ll be waiting for a bit.

The hostess was welcoming and friendly. Our waiter Franco was very knowledgeable of the dishes and wonderfully attentive throughout our dinner. The Melanzane Ripieno appetizer was delicious and the Caesar salad was very good too. My wife had the Veal Francese for her entree that you could cut with a spoon it was so tender and perfectly cooked. I had the Bronzino special that was again , cooked to perfection , the dish was over Angel hair pasta , the fish was topped with jumbo lump crabmeat dressed in a lemon butter sauce, with capers , grape tomatoes, asparagus and hearts of artichokes.

We searched online for a restaurant on/near Ocean City that could serve our online party of 17 outdoors. This popped up, the ratings were great, so we booked it for that night. It was FABULOUS! It isn’t easy for 17 people to all agree that the food was delicious and that this was the best restaurant experience we had during our five-day vacation, but that’s what happened. We will definitely be back next year when we return to the restaurant.

First time at this restaurant. We sat outside on a bacony deck. Beautiful view of the bay. The Eggplant app and beet salad were delicious. Our entrees were also delicious as well. Too full for dessert. However, next time, we will leave room for dessert. A lovely find.

I don’t mind paying good money for a good meal but this place was absolute waste of money! The waitress came over with bread, which consisted of the dry heel of the loaf that was enough for two of the four people at my table. I ordered the roasted beet salad that were far from roasted. The beets were diced canned beets on top of handful portion of bagged greens, $14. Main course was the chicken fantasia. 3 tiny pieces of rubbery chicken covered with greasy cheese along with microwaved frozen broccoli and carrots. $27.95. Horrendous! Dessert was a store bought chocolate mouse cake. The waitress was MIA to the point I had to go to the hostess to find out where she was. I’m confused to why people find this place any good. Either people don’t know any better or there is limited choices of restaurants in the area. Please don’t waste your money or time, you will be severely disappointed!

Just had an amazing meal. The fettuccine Buona Vita was to die for. My hub had the special lobster ravioli and it was fabulous. The fried calamari was crispy and delicious. We sat on the 2nd floor patio and our server was very pleasant. We loved it and will definitely come back!

Buona Vita’s food and atmosphere is excellent! The only thing I can say is that our party felt a little rushed when dining with them. We did have a large group of people though, that would be my only note. Aside from that we enjoyed everything. I would like to stress that the servers were extremely polite and welcoming.

The food was delicious. The staff was friendly. However. They didn’t accept credit cards for parties over 5, so we had to walk to a not so nearby atm, they don’t serve alcohol, and they ran out of bread, so we didn’t get any with a very expensive meal. Overall, for food I would say 4 stars, but for other issues 2 stars. They really need to figure out that no one pays with cash anymore, especially not on a bill that is that expensive. I think they need to rethink what a customer experience is supposed to be.
