We came in to try their plant-based Italian beef-less sandwich but was pleasantly surprised to see that rainbow cone ice cream was also sold here. The sandwich was OK, just a tad too salty for me though. However, I did enjoy their vegan minestrone soup. And since it was in the 90’s and humid, we didn’t leave without an order of rainbow cone ice cream!

I have never been to a fast food chain and been served with so much respect, each and everytime! To whom ever it may concern, corporate, hr, Buona staff… outstanding job on hiring such class act individuals! Thank you. We need more of this type of customer service, in America. Other fast food chains can really learn a thing or two from Buona’s staff.

Food is phenomenal, young lady at the drive-thru window is always polite and greets you with a smile at the pay window and when food is brought out. Don’t eat fast food often but when I do, Buona Beef is the spot. Definitely worth the wait.

The drive thru looked busy. We decided to go in to eat. There was only 2 groups in there and one group on the patio. Wait time for food was less than 5 minutes. I order the Avocado, Chicken protein bowl and my husband got a big beef wet. Everything was made to order that was delicious!
