This place caught my eye a few weeks ago, and I knew I had to try it. Pictured below, my friends and I got the Curry Tonkatsu ($20.99), the Cheese Tteokbokki ($16.99), an order of Spicy Tuna Sesame Leaf Roll ($10), and lastly the Korean style grilled beef ribs and Seafood Soft Tofu stew (not pictured).

This is an upgrade from the original bunsiknara. The plus means big, not more expensive, as we originally thought. The portion of their foods are huge. Our fav was tonkatzu. The service was very good here. The two ladies didn’t say much, but they got what you needed promptly. We were impressed. This is a fun stop in this area.

Came here on Sunday afternoon with my family. When we first walked in we were motioned to sit in the booth then the server gave us the menus. The menu consists of multiple pages and since it was our first time we were looking through everything thoroughly. Not even a few minutes in, one of the ladies comes up to us to ask if we’re ready. We say we need a few minutes and then a minute right after, another lady comes up to us and asks “Are you ready to order now?” with an attitude almost mocking us as if we’ve been deciding for hours. Most tables were occupied but there were some empty tables with no waiting line so I did not understand why we were being rushed. The lady comes back after a few minutes and we’re pressured to say that we are ready even though we all weren’t. Anyways, we order and the food orders come out on by one. Each time they bring out the food, the lady looks unhappy with us. I noticed that for all the other customers who are Korean, they do not have this attitude. After they served us our food they did not check in on us or refill waters. It took a few attempts to wave them down to get the bill. While the actual restaurant is nicely decorated and the food was delicious, we did not have the best experience with the staff. So unfortunate that a cute establishment do not treat all customers with kindness and hospitality.

The store is large, clean and has ample parking space. I visited on my way to the mart, and there were a lot of customers at dinner time, but I didn’t wait. The menu is diverse, so it’s perfect for families! All food was delicious and plentiful. The sauce comes separately, so you can adjust the spiciness of the jjolmyeon.

Loved the Palisades Park location so we decided to try the new one. Very pleased. The food was great. The atmosphere was nice with kpop playing and stuff on the TV’s for the kids to watch. Portions are large and good to share amongst people. No need to go all the way to pal park anymore.

I tried a variety of dishes and each one exceeded my expectations… The food was so comforting and all my tiredness has gone! I’m so glad to have such a lovely and tasty restaurant nearby.

Been here twice already! First time I came here I wasn’t aware of how huge the portions were. I had enough katsu and curry left to split between two people for another meal. Today I really enjoyed the bibimbap! Both times the food was amazing. The staff is really nice as well. The restaurant is also very clean. Hoping this will be the go to place every time I need to get groceries at the Hmart close by!
