Very good steak frites and the shepherd’s pie is on the mark! Will definitely go back to try the rest of the menu. Our server was fantastic too!

Best local pub in the area, great atmosphere with impromptu live music. Solid food, friendly staff and just a great community feel all round. Everytime we come is a great experience.

I like the food, but not everyone in my family does. Probably the best place for a pint of Guinness in the area as they pour it frequently. Good place for a pint with your buds.

Lori Penney Team Blue Real Estate
This week Team Blue visited Bunratty Tavern for lunch. We started out with some appetizers- Bunratty spring rolls, fried pickles and potato skins. Each appetizer was filled with great flavor. The food came out quickly and our waitress helped us make the decision on which drinks to order. We ordered the Espresso Martini and Maine Lunch IPA, both which were delicious. We love the live music and outdoor seating options that Bunratty has. We will definitely be back soon!

We were treated to a belated birthday dinner with a friend who is a frequent visitor of this establishment. It is a warm, inviting tavern that transports you to the Emerald Isle. I had the bangers and mash, which were phenomenal. However, my mixed drink lacked the botanical essence of a blackberry, and I could only taste the melted ice and no liquor. My husband had the Bunratty Irish Sampler, and while the pot pie and cottage pie were satisfying, the cuts of meat in the beef stew were too big to eat without cutting them down to size. Overall, I would highly recommend this pub and would absolutely come back to try more dishes.

Love going to Bunratty with my husband for date night, especially Wednesday’s for trivia. The menu is quite extensive and they have incredible gluten-free options as I have Celiac. We’ve been 3 times now and I have enjoyed every meal/appetizer. Love the Downeast on draft too. Thank you!

Awesome place to dine. The food was delicious, portions large, and a friendly staff. Kicking myself for not getting an Irish dish. The Irish stew looked great!

Big fan. Great staff, friendly owners, good atmosphere. The place can be a bit chilly. It can also be loud at times, but that’s a pub for you. (They did install sound baffles in recent years to limited effect.) The menu is blissfully short and everything on it is worth eating. They do run rotating specials. I do wish the bangers and mash came with peas, but the only veggie side they offer doesn’t really fit that dish. The webpage is informative and up to date for live events and holiday festivities.

Ordered Banger’s and Mash, tasted fantastic and surprisingly wasn’t heavy for a dish with gravy. They have outdoor seating on a small patio. Location is great, and the staff was very friendly.
