We stopped here on a road trip from Ohio. We had never heard of “Bumpers” & decided to give it a try. The food was good and the service was fast & friendly. Unfortuneately, there wasn’t anything in particular about the food that was “Wow, or Amazing” that would make me choose Bumpers over Sonics or another similar type restaurant. If I was passing through again, id stop by but I wouldn’t search my gps for a “Bumpers” or go out of my way to return. It wasn’t that memorable.

I had a coupon to return on them from corporate. The manager Yolanda advised me I couldn’t use it at this location and went back and forth. This is the location in which the complaint was for to begin with. I even contacted corporate again in reference to this no response. Rudeness from the managers and carhops. This place looks ran down. What is the dress code? To me, it’s anything.

I pulled in and ordered a item. When the item was bought to the car it looked like it was just thrown together. I ask for the manager. She came out and I explained to her I had purchase this item before however it had never been prepared like that before. Well instead of having good customer service to ask if I would like them to refix it she immediately told me well we will refund you the money. On top of that, I said will go to the other Bumpers and her response was that she was gone call them and let them know. I said what?? Call them for what. Rude experience

I sat and ate at the outside tables, the area was clean. Service was fast and accurate, the car hop was nice, My jr burger was a little on the dry side but the sweet tea and hot fudge cake were superb. Over all it was great. ** If I was to give any complaint’s it would only be the outrageous prices, so many items sounded so yummy but the high price made me settle on a teeny tiny dry burger without cheese for 1.25 + tax..
