Went here with some co workers because we were working nearby and the place was dispersing a delicious smell of smoked meat in the air . Rule of thumb “if a restaurant is empty at lunch time , there’s a reason why ” The pork taco was dry and the crust of the taco was like eating a fried Chinese egg roll the fries were absolutely amazing however the pulled pork sandwich was just ok …. last but not least…GET THE WINGS !!!!! I may give these guys another chance if I’m in the Columbia, md area .

I haven’t been to the restaurant, but I ate from the food truck at the Main Street Music Fest in Ellicott City. The food was tasty (I had the pit beef with KC sauce and my wife had the Lil pit beef with tiger sauce). But the service was extremely slow. I waited in line for an hour (it wasn’t that long of a line) and then it took another 30 min to get my order. Like I said, the food was good – just not sure it’s “wait 1.5 hours to get your food” good.

Outside seating area was nice, good shade when we got there around 530. Counter staff was not great at taking my order, at one point they walked away mid sentence and did not know their own menu when I asked a question. Pit beef and pulled pork sandwiches were served on small soggy potato rolls, it was not a lot of food for a $15 sandwich. Mac and cheese is penne pasta? Fries were good.

The wings with jefe sauce were tasty. Perhaps a little too saucy for me but that is personal preference/ the description says smoked them fried – had a slight smoky flavor but appearance didn’t look smoked. Regardless would order again. Staff was nice. Got the stacked fries with pulled chicken via a recommendation. The chicken was unbelievably too salty, almost inedible. Fries were okay. Wasn’t enough sauce or toppings I requested. Mac and cheese was very bland, not cheesy whatsoever. Best thing I had was the ice cream sandwich. Very disappointed as I had my expectations high.

Of all the smokehouse places that I’ve been to, Bullhead Smokehouse is the best of all time. The Stacked Mac n cheese is delicious, the PitBeef sandwiches with all the trimming is great and don’t forget about the cheese steak is very delicious. Not to mention, the fries is to die for, LOL! Anyway, me and my family enjoy the great service from the staff, and we will return with my friends and their family back to this delicious place! Thanks again for your staff and wonderful customer services!!

My pitbeef sandwiches were severely OVER cooked and we’re not edible. We ordered black beans and were given white rice. We ordered 2 burnt end tacos but never received them. The pulled pork was average at best. Extremely disappointed.
