I’ve been to the location in the Publix plaza in the past and people there were rude to me and stared at me the whole time. I guess not too many white guys come in. But I decided to give this location a try and they were pleasant and the food was very good. I did take out. the food is already prepared all you do is tell him what you want. I got the small dinner take-out container and there was a lot of food at a fair price. I got the jerk pork for myself and jerk chicken for the wife and we both liked it. The rice and peas with ox tail sauce on top was really tasty. Cabbage was great as well. There was a lady and man working the front and they were nice.

I’m a picky eater when it comes to oxtail. But the taste and tenderness of the oxtail here is off the charts. The cabbage is also amazing. With a hint of sweetness. Will definitely be stopping by often.

I go here all the time for the salt fish and ackee. I just tried out the salt mackerel and that was so good. Now I don’t know what to get for breakfast lol. They have pretty good jerk and curry dishes as well. Best authentic Jamaican food in the city. Anytime I need some of that good food I come straight here with no hesitations.

Was driving by and seen this place. The food was fresh and delicious. The cabbage was cold but I think that’s the way they prepare their cabbage. I love this place. I have came here 3 times in a week because the food is so good. I looked them up online and seen the bad reviews and my experience with them has always been good so I had to leave them a good review. Also the food is priced good. They have a $6.99 lunch special. My new go to restaurant!

So disappointed!!! I called ahead of time to place an order for large jerk chicken, but she told me she only had a small sized left. I told her, I’ll take the small then. I get there and I see that the order was not put aside and they gave it to a customer that was in there right before I got there. So unprofessional and I was coming from work. I’m not sure I’ll go back and I’ve been here several times.

When it was located at Target it was my go to spot for lunch. Since it has moved the quality has been terrible and the staff no accommodating. Past 2 times i went there i asked for the lunch special which is supposed to be $5.99 but have been charged full price each time so i thought the price has gone up but when my co-worker went there today they were charged the $5.99. Not sure why I’m being over charged but I have been twice now and will not be going back.
