Buh’s BBQ was founded by John Buh Scott. He grew up in a family that loved to eat and cook. He always looked for any excuse to cook for people from holidays, to family gatherings, and church functions. After years of pleading from family, friends, and church members, Buh finally surrendered to the call of the kitchen! He started by developing his signature Memphis-style dry rub and 3 savory barbecue sauces. He has now dove all in to the next stage of the adventure. He started a food truck! Now everyone has a chance to experience Buh’s delicious barbecue! Buh can cater just about anything, from barbecue, and smoked chicken to steaks and prime rib. Buh’s BBQ and service is amazing! They catered our wedding rehearsal for 40-45 people and did a fantastic job. John was super easy to work with, highly responsive, and flexible. Everyone loved the food! I wish we lived closer to order again. I’d highly recommend for any catering event!

We read reviews from others and decided to try Buh’s BBQ while on vacation here in Navarre. The food was awesome! I got the the Brisket sandwich and it was tender and tasty. My wife got the pulled pork sandwich with baked beans. The portions were generous and the price was good as well. We will be going back!

I will never go back. Had the beef plate. The ribs were average, the pulled pork was good, the “brisket” was rubbery and chopped up. The Mac & cheese and beans were mushy without much taste. The topping and sweet bbq sauces were amazing, but were needed to make any of the “smoked” food taste good.

Very rude cook in restaurant on a Saturday night. He insulted staff and patrons by my observation. He screamed “we are not a fast food restaurant “, when we were sitting there in excess of 40 minutes waiting for our food.
