Every single time I have gone here they have messed up my order! This last time I was sick and ordered dinner because I was too tired to cook. I had my daughter go in and pay. We checked the order when she got in the car and as always we were missing items. I sent her back in and they offered to charge her for those items! I had to go in myself to get the food we had already paid for! At LEAST in the past the manager offered us free drinks or gave us a coupon for a free sandwich next time. This manager acted like I was the one who made the mistake! $50 for 30 wings and some fries I had to go into the store for 3 times ( between my daughter and I). The food is good…the service is upsetting! I recommend checking your bag before you leave the restaurant if you go here!! And be sure to save your receipt!!

Ordered online @7:10p . Told me a 7:50pm pick up time. When I arrived at early at 7:45pm my order was ready. So I was excited…until I open my box. Wings were already cold. Order receipt showed 7:15pm. So they cooked my wings early so they sat there for 25mins. Don’t quote people a time if you are not gonna even be close to it. Waste of time and money ordering here. Not the 1st issue.

I think by now everyone knows BWW is either their go to spot or they eat it once in a while. My wife loves their wings and I’m kind of on the fence with their wings. I feel like it’s either a hit or a miss. But the customer service is always really friendly. My wife wanted me to leave this review of the Hot Dorritos Wings. She said they were amazing, nice and spicy and cooked just right. She didn’t understand the $1.00 extra charge but it ended up being a side bag of Dorritos.

I usually go to a different wing place, but, since I was cramped for time and this was close to my work, I thought I’d try it. I ordered online and specified what time I wanted to pick up. I arrived about 3 minutes after the specified time. The bag with my order was sitting on the pick up shelf, which was open to the air. I drove the 5 minutes back to my work and opened the bag. I had ordered a 6 pc. regular wings in a mild sauce and carrots and celery veggies. My wing order was ice cold, like it had just come out of the fridge and the veggies consisted of 4 of the tiniest baby carrots I had ever seen and 2 wilted, slimy celery pieces. I went ahead and heated up the wings in the microwave and started to eat. They were covered in red chili flakes and burned my mouth and throat so badly, I couldn’t eat them. Unfortunately, I have no time to go back, so, so much for lunch. Will never go back. Waste of money, in my opinion.

Not really sure how this is possible. Got a single wing bundle and they messed up 3 things about the order. They didn’t include my fries. They tossed my wings in the sauce when I asked for it on the side. They included one on the side for me though so they read the direction but didn’t know how to follow it. The icing on the cake was getting 9 wings instead of 10. Bravo BWW’s!

I DoorDash and I was doing some deliveries Thursday night and picked one up from BWW and it made me crave it so I ordered a mobile and picked my own up later in the night. It was SLAMMED. The poor employee was working his butt off all night and I felt so bad because he was the only employee there. You should staff more people if you want to improve customer experience and employee retention. It makes me very sad to see someone doing the job of multiple people and especially one who is not recognized or rewarded accordingly. He didn’t complain, he was great, but I will for him. Also, I took a survey that asked me for the best part of my experience and left no room for feedback on how to improve. I have never seen a survey that didn’t ask that, so maybe that would be a good addition and you can avoid reviews like these.

Ordered online at 12noon for 5:40 pick up. Arrived and told it would be an hour. Horrible experience and total disappoint. Don’t take online orders with a future delivery time if you can’t meet your schedule.

$.99 takeout fee? This place only offers takeout but yet charges an additional fee for takeout. I can’t wait for them to add a fee to order online or look at the menu. The wings were fine, I wished they had more sauce, but I was taken aback by the fee and wanted to share this with others.
