My husband’s office is close to this store. We ordered three times here. The first time one curry wing is missing. The next two times, we order six curry and six Asian zing. Turn out two boxes of Asian zing! I had never made negative comments online. This is outrageous! If any supervisor saw all the comments people made to this store, you should do something to save your business! People feel disappointed! Those workers are ruining your reputation! I will never order anything here! Not trustworthy!

How can a reasonable, sober, functioning member of society look at this and go “yeah we should serve this to people.” BWW get your stuff together man. I’ve eaten wings at some of the dirtiest nastiest hole in a wall grungy places and they wouldn’t dare serve me something so audaciously gross. I’ve eaten street food from the shadowed back alleys of China with no hygienic procedures in sight and it’s more trustworthy than this monstrosity. I’ve eaten things you people wouldn’t believe, and my stomach turned looking at this specimen. Also the taters are severely undercooked. Could’ve just ate raw potato for dinner and had a better experience. And you charge significantly higher than other local wing places. Unbelievable.

The food is always dry, as if you had it sitting in the fridge over night. The manager I dealt with over my girlfriends chicken having a bite in it. Had attitude about it. And some how, some way, even when you grab your food freshly after it has been made. It’s room temp, every. time.

sent my nephew n they ignored him i went inside and even though they only had 4 orders on the screen. lady said 10 minutes its been 15 and they messed up another order in front of me with missing items. mount prospect is only 15 min away more but worth it better service and hardly ever get ur order wrong. plus on time when the app tells u. now 20 mins.

After waiting 45 minutes for delivery, the DRIVER had to call me to let me know they ran out of sauce and couldn’t fulfil the order. I guess it was a blessing in disguise considering all the quality issues and bad reviews this place had. Bdubs has really gone down the toilet over the years.

One of the worst meals I’ve ever eaten. I ordered 10 boneless wings with honey bbq sauce and a side of tator tots. The wings were extremely dry and had almost no sauce on them whatsoever. The tator tots could’ve been cooked more as well. Wingstop is a much better choice for wings.
