Had a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in the door. I order, it did not take a long time for my food to be ready. The young lady was very helpful and friendly, which made me felted welcome to the establishment. And the food was delicious.

Not even close to great wings. The original buffalo were much spicier than they should be. I love buffalo sauce but this just wasn’t the right stuff. Possibly they put the wrong sauce on? Also, the fountain drinks were all down except Mt. Dew. Just a disappointing visit.

I made an order over the phone for pick up made sure the order was repeated back to me. Pick up the food and returned to work only to see I didn’t get what I ordered. I called the store and the girl who took my order answered I explained what happened and she basically disregarded they messed up my order. N told me she trying to understand what I want them to do and put me on hold. When she came back on the phone she told me bring back the food after work I told her that defeats the purpose of my lunch and she said well sorry I can’t help you. I will NEVER eat from that wild wings again. I order boneless and received traditional after repeating my order

I put in a wing order on 1/1 and arrived at the restaurant to pick them up. Waited in the lobby for 10 minutes for someone to appear only to tell me that they ran out of wings and can’t make my order. Did they think of calling with this information to save me a trip? No. And they have no idea how to cancel the order and issue a refund. They took down my information for the manager. 8 days later still no refund. I’m done with this restaurant chain and it’s incompetent staff. Never again.

The food was delicious and hot, the place was clean, but the food was 20 minutes late to come out so I had to stand around and wait for the food to be ready, thinking it would be ready any minute. Not a big deal at all, and everything else was great!

Nothing ‘GO’ or Faster about this place. Took 30 minutes to get my super basic order of 12 boneless wings. I was going to be 20 mins early to class, and ended up being late. Honestly probably the last time I’ll order from them. The shawarma place can have your food in your hands in less than 5 minutes, go there instead.

Worse place ever waited an hour and never got water I ordered to drink. Never my got food, manager said he’s waited that long before so that’s ok standards for him. Servers were terrible. This place needs to get audited on their terrible service!

Every time I’ve visited, my food has always be perfect and the service has always been great. I’ve done both takeout and dine-in, though mostly prefer ordering online and picking it up. Never had a complaint!

I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but this place could be a gamble if you want decent service. They went under new management a few weeks ago, and I can tell the service standards have improved. However, sometimes after I receive my food, I find myself asking for items that I had already requested while I was ordering at the cashier. Some staff members also have some room for improvement in interacting with customers.
