Happy we got to see the fight, but the service was horrific. We were there for about three hours And I think we saw our waitress three times maybe. The bartender did not know how to make drinks, Anything we Asked for the waitress forgot. She brought us Chips without the dip we ordered. It just wasn’t a good experience. Like I said happy we could see the fight… But the service needs a huge improvement. Please get a bartender that can actually make drinks.

Not great. Food took over an hour even though it was not busy. Waitress only had one table (ours) and our waters were not filled or checked on until we asked. Wings were super good but there was barely any cheese on the fries I ordered. They were out of at least 4 different things (that we know of) on the menu. Bathrooms had barf on the floor. Wait was bearable as we were watching the game on the tvs.

We tried to give the crew the benefit of the doubt with the service. Unfortunately I had to look through the kitchen window to find them so we could pay the tab and go. Come to find out there was a lot more employees there for the duration of our whole stay than we had seen, just gathered around on their phones. The place has a strong dirty Oder. The service is very slow we waited 40 min for our food. Blinds are broken and the evening sun is bright and hot when you are sitting at your table. We liked the food but was disappointed… the responds to “make it right” with the FQA form doesn’t work. The site doesn’t have an order & visit option, also the map doesn’t show the Fairfield location to report the issue.

Got there and host said it was a 10 minute wait. WE WAITED OVER 30 MINUTES. Sports bar was closed, only had one waiter and was serving 2 tables. Ridiculous. They need to staff more people or give an actual accurate amount of wait time. Ended up going to Dave and Busters.

Ordered $110 worth of wings half bone-in and other half boneless. The boneless was a joke it was like refried chicken nuggets very hard and dry I didn’t eat for fear they would literally break my teeth had like 3 and it just didn’t taste right the bone-in bbq seemed to be really good but mixed it with the teriyaki that was ordered and seemed to be undercooked for the teriyaki as if they were prepared separately and thrown in the same box with no way of knowing which was with the undercooked batch the bone-in garlic parmesan was good but noticed a few had these spiral things which we seemed to find only on a few of the flats and when we called to talk to the manager the first time she had no clue what they were and asked to send pictures to their email and that they were starting the refund process after a week and no refund we called the second time to speak to “another” manager that would only be able to refund part of the order which still hasn’t been refunded their excuse for poor quality was to blame doordash even when I ordered fire wings right after and there was no issue for a fraction of the price too sad I don’t think I’ll ever order from here again I was willing to return the food too

One of the worst places to visit. Horrible service. Asked us to wait for 45 minutes for seat..acceptable and got seat after around 30 minutes. Taken order for 15 wings and cauliflower wings. Took almost 45 minutes to get us food. It was so dry and tasted worse. Order completely served wrong. Boneless wings in case of traditional wings. Meat Nachos in place of No meat Nachos. I am regular visitor to Buffalo wild wings. Am sure, employees can easily kill a brand. This one is my favorite chain. Please do something to make your employees happy so that they will take care of customers. Never to this place again.

There was only one waitress on Sunday at 1230. Our movie was at 2. Got our drink orders then took awhile to get our order in. Didn’t get food til 135 after all the other people that came after us got their food. My order was wrong.

Whats been happening with Bugfalo Wild Wings of Fairfield, CA. Lately my visits have been disappointing, but yesterday was a total disappointment. We enter the place and it seemed as if it was closed, with the exception of a couple workers at the dining area on their phones. The bar dining area was a desolated desert, no one in sight, after nearly 30 mins of waiting I actually started calling for help in the space behind the bar and just crickets. I told my buddy to make lots of noise as he went over to find a booster chair and even so Noone came to check on anything, we sat back doing in hopes to get some service but no luck. We were very disappointed since we all had plan to enjoy some brews and wings like the old days when BDUBS was our to go place. We notified the rest of our party on its way NOT TO EVEN CONSIDER TO THIS PLACE AND WASTE MORE TIME and to find a better place. We had a blast at APPLEBEE’S where we were highly welcome, service was amazing. WHAT HAPPENED TO Bdubs.!? WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. Hello WingStop.

I enter the restaurant around 330. We weren’t greeted or anything. I grabbed my own high chair and sat and waiting for the server and never came. So we just got up and left. Pretty disappointed how this location has turned out like this.

Came here on a Sunday wasn’t very busy so I expected my food to be fresh. My chicken was warm, my fries were warm and soft. The bathroom was ok. My waiter was very sweet and helpful. Nice atmosphere just wished my food was fresh out the fryer!
