Great atmosphere sat at the bar and the bartender was very attentive and efficient did not have any problem with just relaxing watching sports and casually eating without being rushed!

Perhaps we came in on a day when they didn’t have enough staff but we waited a really long time for food. Despite less than half of the restaurant being filled, we waited around 10 min to get seated and after ordering from the menu we didn’t get our food until around 30 minutes later. There seemed to be only two servers for the whole place and we had to eventually wave down a different server than our own just to get our check. The wings and chicken sandwich were done great though and the food was what you expect from a BWW. Overall, good food but slow staffing.

The people are freindly and the atmosphere is nice. The food is hit or miss. Sometimes they’re cooked well and other times they’re cold or over cooked so the bones snap. I’m not a picky eater though so that isn’t a deal breaker for me. The part that really needs work is they’re quality assurance processes. I never have a name or check mark by the receipt that says “checked by” and surprise to me ive had fries not added to my order or been given 6 instead of 10 wings. They’re understaffed quite often it seems too.

Had drinks an appetizer kids meal and 2 margaritas dine in and also ordered to go. In the past you were allowed to order 20 wings with a sauce per 10 wings or 40 wings and 4 different sauces. We were told what ever we ordered like 20 boneless would only come with one sauce and 20 bone in could only have one sauce. When you are ordering for a family meal not every one agrees on a sauce. Honestly because of this service I will not be returning.

I wish I could give it negative 10 stars. Why does anyone go here!? The food is absolutely terrible. The wings are small and they are frozen not made fresh. They cover it up with there horrible sauces and the lemon pepper sauce is so gross. I stop eating after a few bites. I got a black cherry limeaid. It sounded good. Yuck! My bill was over $100 for disgusting food. The service wasn’t any better. They brought the food a little at a time. My son got his good way later than everyone else. They never asked if we wanted refills on the drinks. We had to ask for plates and napkins. They weren’t very nice and then we waiting for ever to pay the bill. We asked 2 guys who stood around talking and they said no that we had to wait for put waitress to come back. That took forever. The vibe is eehhhh. I guess people go there for the 9000 t.vs there with every sport channel there is but you can’t hear it over the loud music that sucked. Well some of it was good but over all never again. I was mad at how much I spent on the trashy food and service. I would never recommend this place.

I’m not really into sports bars. Also I found the place to be kind of cold. However BWW has the best classic American hamburger anywhere. I don’t care for chicken wings, and I came here first time for a post graduation party of my family. Ordered a burger and was so surprised that it was delicious, in a chicken wing sports bar! Today, I had an unexpected opportunity to come back and brought a friend with me. She agreed that the hamburger was outstanding. The fries were just restaurant fries, but the burger is really good. Our waitress was attentive, caring and took care of business. She also had the air conditioner turned up a bit so we weren’t freezing. Much appreciated. I’ll be back for another burger.

I walked in to order take out on 07/07/2023 for me and my mom. I have never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings before and the server was very nice and helpful she reassured me I can take my time she even helped with recommendations when I asked I forgot to ask her name but on the receipt it says the name is Ines.

The buffalo chicken wings were great but I didn’t get sauces for my pretzels. I really only get the pretzels for the nacho sauce and I didn’t get nacho sauce or honey mustard. Sad day.
