Would give 0 stars if I could. Placed an order here for wings & fries. Major complaint was the fries were very old maybe refried not sure but they were pretty brown and very dry and tasted bad. Management said they would provide a full refund. One of the people I spoke to was Patty. I contacted them maybe 5 or 6 times. Each time they gave me another excuse and said the refund would go through. I think it’s been about 3 weeks maybe more and no refund. They pretty much just gave me the runaround. Wrote a complaint to Corporate over a week ago and still nothing. Will not support this business and I don’t recommend eating here and especially don’t order take out.

Came in on a Sunday afternoon for a little family dinner and was very pleased with the quality of the wings. The service was a bit slow but with the shortage of hospitality workers it’s expected. We did wait a few minutes to be served beverages but there were no complaints about the food.

Placed an online order. Got there 10 minutes after the time said it would be ready, and still had to wait 30 minutes to get my food. The main problem was the wings had almost zero sauce. I got 15 wings, 3 flavors. Original Buffalo, Hot BBQ, and Lemon Pepper. Every single flavor looks like they took a spoon full and tried to cover the 5 wings as much as they could with it. It was 30 bucks and it gives the appearance they are still trying to save money on your full priced food. Really disappointing. Never visiting this specific location again.

First time being here and I never had a bad waitress till tonight. The blonde hair woman with tattoos is really terrible at coming back to get your food to order. We waited almost an extra 30 minutes (being here for 15 already) for her to get our order in. She told us she’ll be back and just load food however she sat a big family of 10 (we were only 2) and made sure to get them drink, appetizers and order all their food. I already felt like leaving from the disaspect but stood. She finally came and got our order and told us she’ll give us the food one by one so it’s hot. Another 20 minutes go by and another waitress brings all the food to us all at once leaving some wings not hot anymore and semi-dry. To make matters worse we got 10 of the 30 wings wrong which left us at this point to speak to the manger for this unprofessional treatment. Miguel the manager apologized on the behalf of the situation and took care of the bill which was really nice of him. The manager saved this review from being 1 star but honestly don’t understand why we were treated like that, felt like she was focus more on bigger money tip tables than to take care of her current customers.

Placed order with 2 cashiers , they placed incorrect amount of wings. I repeated the order to both cashiers, the manger said that both employees said we didn’t place that order, pretty much said were lying, my kids never got there food , the manager acted ghetto where are you getting your employees , still waiting extra 25m wanted me to pay after their mistakes for extra 6 wings, that was going break their bank for mistakes made by employees what an establishment. 07/15/2023 manager at night 12:30 am shouldn’t be employed, hire professional, can’t handle situations correctly wanted my other wings to get cold very frustrated.I wish I could give a zero rating where is the professionalism, treated veteran like trash what has this establishment come too.

My group was a party of 6. Not 1 of us liked our food. The queso dip was water w/a dash of queso. Wing were dried up . Tots were disgusting. The prices were ridiculous for the quality/quantity of food.

Ordered pickup, got home and wings had no sauce on them were super dry and no meat at all on them. Ordered large fries and looked like a regular size. Will be asking for refund, saddest bww order ever!!

I ordered my fav lunch special and I’m extremely disappointed by my order. I ordered saucy wings and these are dry! In the pic, u can clearly see how little sauce they put- the ppr barely has any sauce. They also only gave me all drums, I never selected that option.

Once we got here we waited to be seated and then we got a message our table was ready but the table wasn’t ready my nephew helped the lady push tables together as she laid down the menus. Then it took 40 mins for them to take our drink order, then another 40 to receive our drinks, (which didn’t all come at once) I didn’t receive my drink until I received my food which took almost an hour to get to our table. It was horrible service and the food was dry and not all that good.
