So I was kind of skeptical at first on making this review, because the service was very poor but at the same time there was only one guy on shift waiting tables now I don’t know if that was a scheduling situation. Somebody was sick or what but it definitely affected the restaurant, I came in with a party of seven and not only will be seated with no menus or any type of thing like that when we got our food and we weren’t given silverware and napkins, which this is a wing place so napkins are definitely needed, and then it took Huge gaps of time to ever get a refill or anybody to even show up at the table to service us. That being said the food wasn’t half bad, and I still left a good tip for the waiter because I did feel for him that he was apparently the only one on shift.

The food was pretty decent here. It’s my first time at this location (The other time was in Canada). Went on a Thursday night where the Dodgers were facing The padres. Customer service was decent. They only had one waitress and that it would take a while for food to come out. It took 30 mins for wings and a burger. We had order 15 wings but I’m sure it’s not her fault — she gave us 20 wings. It was very busy and understaffed. I dropped a fat tip for her but food was okay. It wasn’t very tasty.

Honestly they should shut this place down, the service is horrible, they need to hire more workers. No one greats you to sit down , you have to find someone to acknowledge you. Picking up orders is a mess, you have to chase down your food, almost makes you want to go back to kitchen and get your food. This is the worst BWW in California. There’s no one bartending ever, such a disaster in there. Everyone in their looks bored and long faced and on their phones waiting waiting. Don’t come!!

We waited almost 10 minutes and no one came to seat us. Other customers seated looked as though they were abandoned because there was not a server in sight… not even the bartender. Figured if we were to get seated, the wait times due to lack of service would just continue, so we left and ate at another restaurant near by

Food is good, but average. The service at the bar is great. Robin is a top service and very good at customer service. She takes care of her customers at the bar. I dont really sit anywhere else so not to sure about the rest of the staff. The atmosphere is okay. Typical for a BWW. TV’s, music. I have been to other BWW that have a better set up. This location was obviously something before it became this. Biggest problem are the restrooms. They are horrible and not what I would expect from a chain this big. They always smell and look like you are at a dive bar when you walk inside them. This place could use a remodel or they need to relocate and build a new one in the vicinty.

Horrible! First I placed an order at 9:00 and it took an hour to be ready. Second, I went to go pick up my food and when I got home I realized that I was missing several items. Although the person who was working at the time told me everything that I ordered was there. I tried calling to see if my food got lost or was in another bag by mistake and supposedly the phone line was busy. I called several times and on different phones and still it never went through. My kids were complaining “Where is there food! Where are the fries!” Never eating here again! DONT RECOMMEND!

I haven’t been here in a while and for good reason. The food still sucks a year and a half later. I ordered the Buffalo Mac and cheese and I got Mac and cheese with 4 whole boneless wings on top with almost no sauce. I only gave them 2 stars because the mozzarella sticks I also ordered are very tasty and perfectly cooked. Skip the Mac and cheese if you come here.
