My order said estimated pick up time would be at 7:40 pm tonight. I got to the location 5 minutes early and I only live 5 minutes away. When I got there the staff said the kitchen is still working on the order and it should be ready in a few minutes. I don’t mind waiting cause that means my food will be fresh and hot! I got my food at around 7:50ish and when I got home 5 minutes later and opened it up the wings were just barely warm. I had also ordered some bone in wings which are usually hotter than boneless and they too were barely warm. The meat was super dry for both the boneless and bone-in. I mean how overcooked we’re the wings that the bone-in wings were dry?!? I have had issues with pick up and dine in orders at this location in the past but decided to give it another try since it’s literally down the street and I love to not drive far for food!! I just can’t believe that I waited for my food to be ready and was served this slightly warm meal! That is unacceptable!

This was real BAD!! Worse Service ever. First; we ordered or at least tried to order drinks and were told by the bartender that they had no Margaritas or any frozen drink of any kind, no sugar for the rim of the glass, no cream or milk for a White Russian. Then we tried to order. My dates first two choices they were out of. I ordered wings mild and they were so hot they were inedible. I’m sure they put a hot curry sauce on by mistake. We were given no silver whare, no napkins, no water. This is a terrible spot to spend your hard earned dollars. They don’t deserve your money. Pics. of plain drinks and terrible food. Can’t capture the bad service on film.

I stopped by Saturday night after having a hangout with a few friends and decided where I should eat with so many wing places to choose from. Upon looking for a deal bdubs had there (“value combos”) with 10 wings & fries for around 12$ which at the time was great so I stopped by to be seated at my table, looking at the menu to find that there is no (“value combo”) on the menu nor combos at all except a lunch combos for 6 wings and fries for 13$ I just wanted to place the order online but to late my sever came to take my order I asked for 10 wings 5 mango habanero, five garlic, Parmesan. Which my server reply with would you like fries with that and I asked they don’t come with fries she replied. No, they’re in add on. In disbelief the fries themselves were 5$ for a regular size. So with my order coming out I got my 10 wings but the only thing that was hot about them was the flavor. They were warm at best like they have been sitting in under a heat lamp and my fries look like someone grabbed with tongs not even enough to cover half the plate. It was sad in total my bill alone came out to 16.48$ What a sad excuse for a “ wing restaurant” my total with tip was $20 a waste of money, and a waste of time. If you want wings from this place order them online with their deals don’t waste your time eating here. You’ll get robbed.

Loud speakers, rude employees, and low quality food. Bar tender is mostly females who are so gloomy and angry with customers. You have to wait for 10 minutes to get your second drink.. hell I had to leave my seat to find the bar tender for my second drink! People mostly there scream and cuss while the bar tender gets a good laugh. Honestly, for a hard working man who needs a cold brew in peace, it is just not possible in that place. Girls who work there are the rudest. “Thank you and have a good day” seems very hard to say… time to look for another place to have a peaceful drink. This place is trash.

Our office likes to come in about once a week for lunch but the service here has gotten so bad they make it harder and harder for us to consider them an option any longer. The service is horridly slow and no one is held accountable, takes responsibility or does anything to improve it. Just excuses and rudeness. We were sat for lunch today and once the waitress finally came over to take our drink order we went ahead and ordered our food at the same time because they’re known for being slow. Another couple tables were sat after us and they had their drinks before us. When asked for ours we were waived off “I’m getting them!” After the tables who were sat after us also got their food before us I asked our waitress about our food and she gave a lame excuse of how they were just busy. After another 10-15 minutes of waiting (we placed our order at 12:20 pm and were leaving at 1 pm with no food served) at this point I asked for the manager. The manager first gave an excuse bc it was back to school time and they didn’t think they’d be busy. The manager then said our food is up but we asked for it to be packed up to go bc we were already late to get back to the office. Had to ask for our drinks to be to go. Manager took 10% off our check which was $1.50 saved. We basically left the office to go sit at the restaurant and just drive back to eat our food in our offices. We won’t be back.

Placed a to go order through the app, and paid extra fees because it was a to go order. Arrived on time to pick up the food, and was told that i would need to wait an extra ~20 mins because the customers in the store took priority. (So then why the extra fees for a to-go order?) Waited the extra time, and got home only to realize: the burgers were overcooked (it was crispy when i bit into it); the side salad had spoiled (it was slimey, taste was off, and the greens were rusted); wings were okay but the sauce cups have been reduced in size.

Service to get seated was slow because she had to go clean a booth-no cleaning staff/busser? The main thing is the place was like an oven, very hot. We were sweating, especially since the weather is near 100° outside already. “We asked why it is so hot inside?”, to the attention of the waiter, he said he would speak to the manager. I don’t think anything happened, never cooled off– we had to leave. Eating spicy wings, with melted “iced” tea and it being 85° inside, not fun. My wings were overcooked, dry, the sauce was not coated evenly but just glooped on and way too much. Salad was ok, took awhile to get food, didn’t bring my salad early on, came with my entree. Second time at this location, won’t return because the quality of the people eating there are sketchy, place is hot, not well kept up, our waiter was attentive, polite. Bathroom smelled bad (womens), food is not cooked right.

This will be the last time I go to this location. We had a large party, two large parties came after us. Same size. But we were told they got seated first bc we needed a high chair. At this point we waited a whole hour watched everyone come in after us get seated. We had children that were hungry and we watched these other large groups get seated before us, all adults. The high chair didn’t have to be put in the aisle, you could have swapped out a actual chair. The babies were already sitting on out laps for a whole hour, we could have ate that way too. There were two young men taking names and calling names. Even calling out the names of people that were already seated. They did not have it together. Or a decent heart to know that kids need to be served first. Half our group left and the other ordered take out.

Very bad experience at this place. We went during lunch got there at 12:15/12:20, 1:00pm came and we still had not gotten our food, everyone that got there before us was getting their food except for us. My Friend went and asked to talk to the manager and he ended up being very rude and isnstead of understanding the situation he was very ugly he still made us pay for our food that we had to end up getting to go because it was late to come back to work from lunch.
