To be a chain they have good lunch specials. That said the main thing they are known far is subpar at best. Love the variety of flavors they offer and I enjoy their burger honestly. Service can be hit or miss sometimes. Waited 45 minutes the last time I went there for the lunch burger and minimum guests.

I visited the restaurant recently and was disappointed with the quality of the food and customer service. I have dined at this restaurant before and the food was always good, but this time it was way below par flies were flying over our food. Hardly there were 20 people in the restaurant. Additionally, I encountered an employee named Sasha who was very rude to me and other customers. I believe that employees should be properly trained in customer service, and it seemed like Sasha could benefit from additional training. Overall, my experience was not up to my expectations and I hope that the restaurant can take steps to improve the quality of their food and customer service.

Don’t get me wrong, love this location! I met my buddy that came back from the military and in the midst of hugging him he accidentally knocked over a picture frame. No alcohol was drank, just old friends catching up! We were placing it back on the wall when a manager came up and snatched it away from us very rudely and stormed off. We expressed our apologies and she did not have it as she stormed off with an attitude and no response. He decided not to eat here after that and left, I already ordered food so I stayed. I loved my server and food, but did not appreciate the attitude that came from a minor inconvenience. I did apologize and try to fix it and there was no grace. Expected more from this place, just a disappointment.

My love for wings and the fan I was about going to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings have made me think twice about eating wings or at this location ever again. I ordered 10 traditional wings to go and only 3/10 didn’t have feathers on them. I’m very clean about my food and to see this makes me upset and disgusted. I don’t know how they don’t see that while cooking the wings or tossing them in the sauce. I called for a refund so let’s hope they do refund my money back cause I didn’t even end up eating them. I was just disgusted with them.
