4 stars for the cashier! Although I specifically ordered, requested and paid for all flats which didn’t happen. That wasn’t her fault!! The chicken tastes over cooked; tough and dry! Bathroom was clean, which is a plus. Very empty Bdubbs if I’ve ever seen one… anywho..probably my last time visiting this location but as I stated the young African American lady at the front was extremely friendly and professional!!

My kiddos have been begging to eat at BWW. I’ll admit I was reluctant to go with the negative reviews I’ve read. Happy to report that our experience was excellent. Our server, Uriel, was phenomenal. He was attentive and on top of making sure we had everything we needed at our table. Had refills before we even knew we needed them and Extra napkins without asking. Well spoken and made eye contact! Even hostess staff was pleasant and personable. Seriously stellar service and the food was just as good. Could tell it was all freshly prepared. Throughly impressed with our dining out experience from beginning to end!

Best to just skip this location. Service was awful and had to get up to ask for a drink. Once you ask for a drink the employees was rude and had and disrespectful for walking up to them to order a drink. Staff as a whole acted like royalty when asking for anything. Placed a Togo order so I could get out and eat at home. When I arrived home noticed none of my food was correct and got charged for 7 ranch containers I never received. Don’t waste your money. Go elsewhere.

It was a thank you dinner for my cousin and that is where she wanted to go. Service was a little slow at first but Andrew was a great waiter. The shrimp aren’t quite what I am used to in New Orleans but they weren’t bad. They all were a good size. The wings were delicious. The dry rub I chose had a little bite to it but delicious. The fries were fried not too hard and not too soft. The Black Cherry Bourbon Smash would have been a little sweeter but good drink. Would definitely go back again.
