Bake It So

Okay so food was decent, service was bad but their restrooms are not great. I had no hook for my bag, the seat looked like it was grayed by a cheese grater and filthy. The toilets have been gross every time we come. Doesn’t matter if it’s afternoon or evening. The cleanliness is on staff but getting hooks and new seat covers is on the store manager. Bathrooms matter, no one wants to feel ick after coming from the restroom to eat their food.

THIS WAS AN OUTSTANDING RESTAURANT. My granddaughter took me to this place and I never had it before. Although it was just a little pricy it was one hundred percent worth it. I enjoyed it. The shift lead Tabitha was doing a wonderful job at checking on everyone and making them feel welcomed. I would definitely go to this restaurant again!

When I say we come here every Friday…. We come here every Friday. I love the environment, the staff, and the food. It may sound cliche to come to a chain restaurant on a Friday night but I promise you it’s my go to for a reason. My favorite part of my experience EVERYTIME is the bartender Jessica. She is so kind, sweet, and funny. She remembers everything and genuinely loves her job and the people around her.

My family and I stopped here to eat on a Saturday evening. It wasn’t crowded, the food was hot and fresh. The wait wasn’t long. Our server, Marietta was absolutely delightful! She made the kids experience an awesome one, and the kids loved her! Great job! We will be coming back regularly!

I will never eat here again. The service was so slow, we waited more than 45 minutes for our food and there wasn’t even 10 people in the place for lunch. Once I got my burger it was raw and the bun was soggy. So disgusting. The servers would rather visit than wait on customers. Our table was sticky and we had to ask it to be cleaned. Only half the TV’s were on and most of them on the same channel. Not worth the money or time. There are plenty of other places to grab lunch and a beer in Jefferson City.

Carry out order. When I arrived, was told that they were boxing/bagging up the order. About 5 minutes later, the cashier noticed I was still waiting ( he had been away from the counter) and had to get someone to box up and bag my order. The chicken was warm upon arrival at home, but it seemed like it could have been fresher.

We went there at 1030 pm. The wait staff is good, they keep your drinks full and bring all the extras without asking. There’s like 25 tvs so you won’t miss any sporting event and the food is GOOD. If you have never eating here I would suggest getting dry rub seasoning instead of liquid sauce. The mild liquid is pretty hot actually. Overall its a good experience and family friendly.

My family and I came in and were seated with Amerietta. She was AMAZING!! She told us she was being promoted to a manager. We were definitely sad to hear she wouldn’t be our server anymore, but are very happy for her accomplishments and will be a great addition to the team there!!

Service was horrible! Too slow, wrong items brought to the table. Bill was incorrect. It literally took 25 minutes for water to arrive. Sodas another 10 minutes. Place wasn’t even busy,. The food was GREAT, but it should not take 2 hours to eat

We were visiting my in-laws and came on a Thursday night. Very friendly staff, always willing to take time to talk. Prompt service. Tasty food served promptly. Recently (2021) refreshed the interior and it feels bright and open. Reasonably priced.
