After ordering online and adding a good tip, our order was missing some sides and missing my daughter’s drink with her kid’s meal. The celery sat in a brown juice and looked as if it was cut and bagged days ago. Fry sides were small and not warm. Wings were decent, but at the prices charged, I suppose I expected better. I’ve had good experiences in the past at BWW, but I’m not going back to this or any BWW franchise.

Among other things, the wings were all served lukewarm and overcooked. It was like eating chicken jerky. We had already experienced poor service, so we just choked down the disappointing chicken.

I would give them a 0 star review if I could.. I ordered thru door dash an hour before they closed and waited 57 mins and then they canceled my order… and I didn’t even order much I ordered 15 wings that was it. Trrrible experience do not recommend them

Stopped in because we didn’t want to wait for 1.5-2 hours at Lambert’s (Lamberts is good, but not THAT good). We sat at the bar and the bartender (I didn’t catch her name) was fantastic! Very helpful and friendly. She even pointed us in the direction of a nice winery aboit 20 minutes away that we went to after we left.

Got here and stood by the door for 5 whole minutes before being acknowledged for the first time while multiple employees were witnessed standing idle. When we were finally acknowledged, we were lead to a dirty table where the waitress/hostess just walked off without explaining or saying anything to us except to follow her. She came back a moment later with a towel and spray to clean said table, however when we were seated it was still sopping with whatever they use to clean with. The waitress/hostess (still unaware as to what she is) then left without getting our drink order leaving another girl (again never introducing herself or declaring what her job position was) to get our drink order. Multiple minutes later she left. Two minutes after, our original waitress/hostess came and ID’d us. The whole experience so far has been extremly annoying. We have at this point been here for thirty minutes and I have yet to get the water I asked for nor have I found out who is waiting on us.

This was the first time I had been to this Buffalo Wild Wings. As compared to what I’m used to frequenting, this was a very small store. We were not greeted at all when we arrived. Ultimately we tracked down a waitress to ask if we could grab our own table in the bar area. I was also amazed that smoking was allowed there – shame on the establishment and shame on the State of Missouri. The server was good and friendly, just appeared to be spread thin. We ordered boneless wings for something easy and they were VERY overcooked. They were hard. On a positive note the beer selection was solid and the beer was cold.

There service is very slow. I asked for sauce and she went off and was looking at another workers phone and laughing and messing around and never brought me my sauce. I had to ask for sauce because what they gave me barely had any. They are very friendly but the work ethic is terrible.We were waiting 45 min for food and the food still did not come out right. We are now waiting another 20 min for our boneless wings.
