The food was on par for BWs and the staff was making the best of a no carbonated beverage option day. Service at the bar started off strong with salt on the beer napkin but the server got distracted by a friend that came in and we didn’t get our food until the friend’s was ready so it wasn’t as hot as it should’ve been. It’s a bit loud but you can definitely still hold a conversation. You can test your knowledge with their trivia game or test your taste buds and pain tolerance with their blazing hot wing challenge. You could be the first winner at this location according to their board.

Good service and good seating options. The layout is nice. You can see the TVs from all areas, better than most BWs where there is always a TV or game you have to move to be able to watch. In town for a softball tournament and they gave the kids huge to-go drinks. Super nice servers even though it was busy.

Went here for lunch a few days ago. We were sat at a dirty table and asked to be moved to a booth. After being moved we put our order in and waited a good 30 to 35 minutes fpr our food to arrive. I ordered a burger without onion and tomato and it came with onions. I removed the bun to take the onions off and found a long brown hair cooked into the meat patty. This was just an overall disappointment as ive always enjoyed buffalo wild wings. Its hard to fully see the details in the pictures due to how dark it was inside.

Daniel was incredible on May 18th! They were super busy which we expected when we seen all the sporting event buses in the parking lot. We are use to waiting when we go in as a large group. We had 12 which turned in 14 in our group! He was very attentive and kept us informed on our order. Kept the refills coming and was so kind! Even after seeing some of his tables not being so kind to him, he didn’t let it effect how he treated our group! He thanked us over and over for being patient and understanding! Which wasn’t necessary, but he was very professional! Kudos to you Daniel! We will be sure to request his section in the future!!!

The service is very good. Kind & patient wait staff. Not sure who ours actually was because at least 3 different employees continued to check on us throughout our visit. However, the food, in mine and my wife’s opinions, is terrible. We hadn’t eaten at a BWW in over a year, maybe 2, because the food always made us sick, but we thought we would give it another chance. We got the cauliflower wings, and honestly, they aren’t bad, but the 3 sauces we got, thai curry, orange chicken, and garlic parm, all tasted bad. We also shared some chicken tater tot dish. Neither of us like blue cheese so we lsubbed cheddar cheese. The chicken and the cheese were so salty we couldn’t finish it. We know a lot of people like this place, but it’s just not our cup of tea.

Only a few people were there at the time I was but the place was still noisy. Slow service likely due to inadequate help. The chicken sandwich I had was okay – I like spicy food but the Nashville hot was only hot very little flavor. French fries were very low quality.

Good place to grab beers, not to mention wings if you are into that sort of thing. I personally am a fan of the beer selection and the affordability of having more than one drink here. Located at the end of the shopping center, and very convenient to the town of Mattoon. If you’re in the area and looking for a late night drink, I recommend this place. Cannot give it a full five stars due to frankly the dimly lit projector screens that to make it impossible to watch and some deep cleaning of the bathrooms required. Otherwise, check it out.

We were seated quickly, but it took forever for a waiter to come to the table, forever to get our food, and the kids orders that we placed first had to be asked about before they were brought out cold… Adult dishes were served hot and fresh. Guessing the kids dishes were forgot about.
