First time ever trying a buffalo wild wings. I’m glad they had more than just wings. I’m a hamburger girl. The all American burger was really good. I love the plastic silverware. I hate using others have used so love that. The best drink was the handmade strawberry lemonade amazing. Our server was great also.

We just waited a literal hour for takeout boneless wings when the restaurant wasn’t really busy being between lunch and dinner times on a Saturday. As we had already paid we waited and it threw off our whole Saturday afternoon schedule 🙁 I don’t know if they are hurting that bad for help in the kitchen or what the issue was, but we sadly won’t be back even for takeout for a long while.

We were there last night, sat and waited for about 15 mins before we even got seated to a booth, took another long while for someone to come ask us what drinks we wanted and when we ordered food there was at least 5 tables filled that were there after us even got their food before we did. We decided to stay for dessert only to find out 20 mins later that my friends cheese cake was still defrosting, won’t be back for a while.

I ordered two orders of tenders tossed in sauce with sides. The food wasn’t done when it was supposed to be, it took ten minutes for somebody to come to the to-go desk, and then the food wasn’t right. They gave me, for 10 tenders, two tiny cups of sauce on the side, tenders naked. Wait another 10 minutes for the girl to come back so I can tell her, and it takes another 10 for the tenders to come back. It was such a waste of time, and the whole time, I had to listen to every other patron and person waiting complain about the terrible, insanely long service they’d received. My food finally comes back, with sauce haphazardly poured over a couple of them, and less tenders than we had before somehow. The chicken was rubbery, the fries were cold, and I have absolutely nothing positive to say about the experience, the food, the service, or the atmosphere. We’re limited in options in Danville, but this shouldn’t be one on your list, you’ll regret it. Try Jockos, Rich’s, Lee’s, hell try Wingstop or Popeyes before you consider coming here.

Came in on a Saturday night at 8. Place was not busy at all. We were sat by a rude hostess and waited for nearly 25 minutes. We ended up leaving due to lack of service. Definitely call ahead and carry out!

Disappointing, honestly every time I go to this location it gets worse, tonight we went to just grab a wrap and some wings and after waiting 15 minutes after being seated for a server I had to flag down the hostess, the server apologized and then took our order we then waited 30 minutes for our food and when I received my buffalo chicken wrap it didn’t have buffalo sauce, the chicken was cold and no ranch sauce in it either. So I told the server that I didn’t want anything else and after my other half finished her meal he then charged us way too much for the service and quality of the food. Don’t recommend this place at all!! Do better please, the community needs better places!
