So to make this quick, I paid for the wings to be all flats but I got a mixed of drums and flats instead, the drums was so dry even with the sauce that you couldn’t even enjoy the bite even after the next day. So for 30 wings all I got was one container of ranch. Fries was not at all different from the entire order, it sucked! Probably the last time I would wanna place an order on here. Still give it a try maybe it just wasn’t how it’s supposed to be today. Who knows! Have a great day and happy eating!

The only Buffalo wild wings location that charges for carrots and celery. Based on experience of 5 separate orders on different occasions, the only time they “had carrots and celery available” was when I ordered in person at the restaurant and paid a surcharge for the side of carrots and celery despite already ordering 20+ wings.

So We All Went Out Too Buffalo Wild Wings After My Granddaughter Graduation From High School , Since It Was A Sunday The Day Before Memorial Day. The Waitress was Absolutely Amazing. She Asked What We Would Like To Drink, As We Decided She Explained How You Can Get The Menu Through The App, Which Was Really Simple. We Order Our Food The Dry Wings We’re Really Good.My Granddaughter Had A Bacon cheeseburger Which She said Was Good. I Enjoyed The Atmosphere And Watching The Basketball Game. Definitely Will Be Coming Back Again.

We have only ordered Uber Eats from this location, and both times we have had it, the food has been so fresh, well made, and did not disappoint. The cheese curds are so good! The Buffalo sauce can be a bit spicy.

Ordered Takeout and the time that the order would be ready kept getting pushed back as I was completing checkout, all the way to 9:20. Had to wait an hour and fifteen minutes, yet when I got there at 9:20 to pick it up, the ice in the drinks was completely melted and they were completely watered down and the food was ice cold! I kept checking back with the app to make sure the time hadn’t been moved up and it was progressing as it should, which it seemed to be, but obviously not. Also one of the kids meals is missing the side of fries all together. The ticket on the order said 8:34, so obviously it had been ready and sitting out since then, I only wish I had been notified, so we could have had hot food. My son did say his wings were good, despite being so cold, so that is why I gave any stars.

We arrived for diner, saw no one at the front desk and waited,. Finally a waitress came and I told her we were 4 guests but another customer showed up and she dropped us like dirty rags to get his take out, with no sorry or anything, (quite rude !) , obviously the take out wasn,t ready and that took sometime. After she took care of that person ( who arrived after us) the apparent manager showed up and they started doing something else at the cashier, asking us to wait again ! (but with no apologies) . I had to insist “sorry but we already waited some time ….) and finally we got seated , but again no apologies. I think someone needs to learn about good mannerism and professionalism. Once seated, both the food and the (other) waiter were really fine (hence the two stars), but the “reception” has ruined our dining experience that evening . Sorry, we will not be back.

First time going into this location. No wait time, fast seating. Our server was super friendly. Took our order for some appetizers and wings. Appetizer came out fast and hot from the kitchen. Ordered a spinach dip. It was yummy and was smothered with lots of cheese. Dinnet was wings with three types of sauces. When wings arrived, received two wrong sauces on wings. Did not realize they were wrong until eating them. I told our server, received incorrect order. He did take the correct order but mistake was by kitchen when he went to check. Manager came to table to apologize and said what could he do to make it right? I told him no worries, the sauces on wings were good and gave me a chance to try something new. I could have sent them back or asked not to be charged for them but appreciated that the manager and staff were ready to make things right. Will definitely be back there again.

Extremely rude waitress we got! Her name was lyla, she got my food wrong and got super standoffish when I asked for the right food. She slammed my food down after she brought. Extremely distasteful experience. She charged us the wrong food 3 times.
