Was not satisfied I could’ve ate at home

My guy and I went here to eat, and we were disgusted. I ordered fried pickles and wings. The coating on the fried pickles was doughy and not crunchy. At the first piece and thought it wasnt fresh, but after a bite of the second wing we noticed they were cold on the inside. They gave us day old OR older wings that they warmed up in a microwave and slapped some sauce on. I asked if they would cook us fresh wings and when the wait staff appeared 2 minutes later I realized that they just warmed up the same wings a little longer. My man is cautious about sending food back in fear that the staff will do something to our food, so we just left. He paid for our meal or lack there of a meal and gave a generous tip because the wait staff was very nice. Fast forward later on that night we were both sick from the chicken we ate. Whenever we’re in town we will NEVER go here again and I suggest you don’t either. I work for the Health Department, but not in this state…..lucky for them!!!

Great service! The guy who serviced us was super polite and quick. However, the wings were a big miss! Especially the boneless wings. The first one we got was lemon pepper. Man it was so saucy, and super sour. The server was nice enough to change it for us, then we got bbq and teriyaki, guess what, it was super salty!! We was bad, but we felt bad to change it again.

Ordered take out and was told I would not be able to eat inside because “people don’t clean up after themselves.” Please make this make sense? I am a customer and paid for my order how would I not be allowed to eat in the restaurant. Other BWW I’ve gone to have never enforced this “policy”

I’ve been going here for years for wings, and beer. The wings are always fresh and delicious, but the interior isn’t always as clean as I’d like, and sometimes watching people get punched and kneed in the face on TV doesn’t always sit well but, you know, that’s the way things go these days. Still, good food, good service.

This place use to be so much better workers were very polite and would check up on you now you just get a bunch of rude workers they always mess up your order either food is missing, your charged for stuff you didn’t get, the food is cold, or the wrong sauce. They also go through a lot of workers it’s like every time i go there’s someone new and they still mess up. They need to be checked out by someone way hire up or have someone who actually cares for their customers. As bad as the service may be the food is still good when it’s done right and i will continue to dine in and take out.

We came in last week and we had the most exeptional service from our host Marci! She did the most amazing job and was super fun and friendly. Marci made our experiance one to remmember. The food was great and fresh!

Went there on a Friday night, the place was packed and under staffed. The server was nice and mentioned that it would take some time before we got service. The food got cold pretty fast as we got seated close by the front door. At the moment I cannot recommend this place.
