This Buffalo Wild Wings location used to be pretty good with everything, food, service, ambience, all your classic BWW expectations. But the past 2 times I’ve been there I’ve had the same server and she just can’t seem to remember things like she thinks she can. She is an older woman with and tattoos (I wish I looked for her name). The first time we had her as a server it was on a Wednesday and it was fairly dead, we ordered our drinks and food and we waited…about 15 minutes later we finally get our waters, another 10 we got our drinks (mostly tap drinks). Well I finished my beer pretty quick so when she finally brought out the appetizer I ordered I asked for a Busch light this time, and it took her 30 minutes to bring me a Bud Lite, I wasn’t going to wait that long again so I just drank it. We timed it and it took an hour for our food, it came out cold and the sauce was dried out from sitting back there for who knows how long. After trying to flag her down for our checks she finally just had us pay at the takeout counter. A “fun dinner” turned into a 2.5 hour experience. The second time we had this server she did everything I just mentioned again. But she rang up the wrong food, drinks, and when it was time to pay she completely forgot what we ordered so she had us tell her again. She brought everyone at our table their drinks (mixed and tap) and said “your drink is being made now” but we were sitting by the bar and could obviously see that was a lie. She then poured and served 3 other tables their drinks before hastily making my drink. We used to love coming here but now we might wait to see if certain servers get weened out before coming back.

I have been a frequent visitor of Buffalo Wild Wings over the years but I have to say this was one of our worst experiences. My friend asked for a beer 3 times and never received it. Our waitress checked on us twice but barely waited for an answer before running off and again my friend never recieved his drink. Food was good but we recieved no sauce that we asked for. We asked again and again never saw our server again. We will give it more chances but service like that is not ok in my book. Hope it is better in the future. Would be understandable if they were busy but very slow when we arrived

A great visit! My fiance and I ordered the appetizer sampler thing, and it was more than enough to feed us both. We’d share that again! Our server was nice as well.

It was a very busy Friday night. We waited at the front for someone to come and seat us for about 10 minutes. Finally, a nice guy came and sincerely apologized that the person who was supposed to seat us never came. He got a table cleared and cleaned for us right away and was very nice.

The food was amazing but our sever did not tell us her name she nice but no tag nothing it was a very long wait i will wont be coming back anytime soon it was hour and a half wait and she did not ask is if a box is needed or she was slow on the check and no one had the for in the whole restaurant

Ordered the Buffalo Flat bread pizza ended up with half the chicken and cheese of normal and way too much ranch basically drowned the meal in ranch and it was super salty, and the center the chicken sandwich was slimy something wasn’t right, never again. If you want quality for the money go anywhere else.

Wings done right. Traditional wings 5 stars! But tonight brought family of 5. The Nacho platter with brisket was missing cheese… brisket was terribly dry. My daughter got the brisket sandwich and the brisket was equally terrible. Also the boneless wing/nuggets were not well sauced like in previous visits. Hated having to change my rating. We make nearly 100 buck purchases here at least monthly. Hope the owner reaches out to attempt to make this right.
