Food was excellent. Service was terrible on an extremely slow Sunday night. There were almost more employees than customers but our waitress didn’t come back to our table until we flagged her down each time. She would set down drinks and practically run away. We asked about an overcooked item we recieved, and she said it was normal and walked away without any hesitation. We told her we were not happy with the service when paying the bill and she didn’t even respond. A simple apology would have been great, as we are pretty understanding when there’s a reason or it’s busy. Other employees looked miserable and seemed to be pretending to be busy cleaning even though nothing was clean, and two other employees ignored me when I tried to grab their attention to get a manager.

This is the WORST!!! Bdubs I have ever been too!! The SERVICE is horrible!! The bartender had NO clue on the menu or specials or even drinks!! She kept forgetting on what we ordered then came back to make sure that’s what we ordered.. then brought us the wrong drinks! Then ask if we had points and was suppose to add our points a gave the number but never did!I called to explain! a spoke to a manager but they were just as rude didn’t care!! I give this bdubs maybe a year an it will be closed down!! This is the worst service experience I have had at any place.. there employees have no personality an do not know how to smile or have some humor!! Will never be back!!! I will make sure I spread the word!! Good luck to all the employees! Start looking for another job bc you won’t have a job for long!! Sorry what a disappointment

Just opened, we were sat promptly but the chairs and the table where dirty and sticky. We order 2 bacon cheesecurd burgers both didnt have bacon and the thirs burger had everything on it when we asked for no condiments or onions. Server eas kind and fairly fast. Had to send one burger back it was pink and the fries were rushed and undercooked.

Let me start off saying our hostess was a better waiter than our actual waiter. My sons food was cold, it was her who took his food back. Our waiter hardly checked on us. We had to ask her for refills on water, once he noticed her filling up the cups he took over. The wait for food was obnoxiously long, and they were not busy. Now usually i try to give grace due to the fact that most places are short staffed. However this was probably one of the worst restaurant expirences I’ve had in a while. I wouldve rather tipped the hostess than the waiter. She did her job and his as well (and considering he has been working at this place for a while, he should’ve done a far better job than what he did). I doubt I will ever consider coming back here.
