I’ve had some bad food before but the meal I was served on June 16th 2023 at the Greenfield IN BW3 location was easily on my Mt. Rushmore of bad meals. First, we waited nearly an hour between ordering and being served. I don’t understand what the problem could have been as there seemed to be plenty of servers and few occupied tables. Then when we were served, my wife’s salad, which was supposed to be a chicken Caesar according to the menu just came out dry with no dressing. The flavor of my wings was ok, but on the 3rd wing…just look at the picture. Those are FEATHERS still stuck to the wing. I looked at the rest and several had the same issue. It was all I could do to stop myself from being sick at the table. They remade my wife’s salad, and took the wings off of our order, so at least there was that. I still tipped because none of that was the waitress fault. She can’t make the kitchen faster and she can’t make them prepare and serve higher quality food.

Allie was just overall a mediocre server. She needs to slow down and take her time. She made us feel like we had to be in a rush. And then gave us our check and didn’t even ask if we were ready/ or wanted desert. And then left for about 15 minutes while our check was with our card was on the table. Take your time- slow down and ask questions. Not to mention the fact it took forever to get our food.

This was by far the worst experience at BDubs PERIOD. It was lunch 12pm. One server. Hostess tried sitting us the bar. We asked for a booth. There were only 3 tables with guests. It took over 40 minutes for 10 wings and fries. Lunch break is an hour. Tried asking the hostess to check on my food for her to say “I’m just the cashier you’ll have to wait for your server” as she literally stood at the stand doing NOTHING. Guests continued to come in, only half the dining room was being sat. Instead of the hostess cleaning tables off as customers left, she turned away 4 families due to “a wait”

Arrived and was seated right away (party of 5) because It wasn’t really busy. Right away, you could tell the air wasn’t working on a 88 degree evening. Our servers 2 of them (because she was training) arrived within a few miutes of being seated. Took our drink orders and returned pretty quickly. We sat and waited 40 minutes. Now, by this time, all tables had cleared out shortly after arriving, but 1. No return to the table, but once from the servers. I had to ask where our food was. She told me they were on a 20-30 min. Wait, and that she would check to see how long it had been. She never returned. After 50 min. Of waiting for 3 orders of wings and tacos, our food finally arrived. The food was good, but I got a side of coleslaw with my meal, and it came in a very small sauce cup. Literally was 2 bites. When she came back to ask if everything was OK, I asked if that was a normal side of Coleslaw, and she said it was. Totally ridiculous. Ate quickly to get out of the heat because it was cooler outside. We will not be returning to this restaurant. They really need to get it together.

I don’t know if this was a server issue or a kitchen issue, but it took just shy of an hour to get our food after we ordered. On top of that, the food (boneless wings and Hatch Queso) were luke warm at best. We visit this location (Greenfield, IN) on a fairly regular basis and it always takes a while to get our food, but tonight even exceeded any of our other wait times! They were not busy inside, but I don’t know about carry out.

What’s the point of putting an order in online WITH a time of pickup? We placed the order at 11 for pickup at 11:50. Walk inside to pick the order up and was told it is going to be an additional 25 minutes. Service and food quality here is ALWAYS terrible. Will be the LAST time our office orders lunch from here

We had a party of 8 & everyone’s wings were half cold & half luke warm. The teriyaki wings were mostly crunchy pcs or were just nubs.They were also out of the “new” sauces (No biggie) I called to talk to the manager who didn’t seem concerned at all about the terrible food they served. They used to be decent so not sure what’s going on but we definitely won’t be back or ever recommend the one in Greenfield. I would suggest traveling out of town to save you the headache.
