The food was good and the service was ok. We were about about half way through our meal when a group of college kids were sat behind my family. They were loud and using foul language. The wait staff told them nothing. The restaurant had plenty of seating available, and they could’ve easily sat this group somewhere away from a family that had 3 children. Most businesses have respect for their customers, but apparently, this place doesn’t care. My family won’t return here and will think twice before visiting any other Buffalo Wild Wings.

I sat at the bar, didn’t get greeted for several minutes. Ordered an appetizer, then sat patiently waiting to order my entree. The bartender was nowhere in sight, until I turned around looking for her, and she’s just holding someone’s baby, talking to her friends. I waited longer, and finally when she was back behind the bar, I asked where the appetizer was, and she still hadn’t taken my food order. I’d been here almost 20 minutes at this point, and she had walked away again, so I left. This place needs to hire quality employees.

Went into BWW to have dinner sat at a party table, it took 1/2 hour even to get our drinks and no one ever can to take our order, so we drank our drinks and asked for the check after about a hours still no asked if we are eating the photos will show they gave us menus. The worst service I think I have ever had!!!!!

It’s been about a year since my last visit to BWW and I’ve never been to this location. I was impressed upon entering the restaurant with the immediate attention from the staff team and being seated fast during lunch rush hour. Menu was easy to order from and food arrived very timely. The food was hot and fresh tasting. Attached pictures of the All American Burger special one with bacon and one without. Very satisfied with this visit and I will definitely re visit again soon.

Yea it’s beer and wings with tvs. Sigh. I keep forgetting that service here is spotty. You either win or you don’t. The menus have shrunk to a single large card with standard Americana meals that pair well with the okay options for draft and in cab options. There’ve upgraded the booths and repainted everything.

I ate the Buffalo chicken tots and they were gross. The cooks put on so much Buffalo dry rub on them that i couldn’t taste anything else. I have been to 4 other bw3 and none of them put that on the Buffalo chicken tots. And the server didnt seem to care that i didnt like the food. Then i get my check halfway through eating and i get ignored when i need another refill. Over all a very poor dining experience.
