The food wasn’t spectacular, aside from the wings. But the main thing that made our visit great was the waitress. She was so kind and helpful and super apologetic when there wasn’t something available that we asked for. The people who brought our food from the kitchen were a little cold, but the waitress was awesome! In short, get wings when you order food as sandwiches never seem to be made right and tip your waiters!!!

Update***** David Moore was our server tonight and provided us with EXCEPTIONAL service! This place was previously HORRIBLE with the service & waiting to be greeted at the front door in months past. We decided to give it a fourth try and were pleasantly surprised. Food was very face, refills were filled quickly and conversation between server and us were pleasant. We appreciate good service and love BWW! Keep the horrible, unhappy servers away and keep the good ones PLEASE!!! We will continue to frequent here if this service is the foundation of this place!
