Food was GREAT… best burger in a good while. We had a party of 25 for my son’s graduation party. Our waiter was beyond amazing, super attentive and kept our drinks refreshed. Just a really great server. He worked the room alone and di t miss a beat.

Brought my kids in for lunch today. Was greeted and seated immediately. Anthony was our server and he was great! Super friendly, always had a smile, checked on us multiple times to see if everything was good or if we needed anything else. Only complaint was the food and that was that neither of us who ordered chicken had enough sauce on it, so it was rather dry. Anthony brought us out extra sauce when we requested tho:)

Waited at least 10 minutes to get sat and then was taken to some sort of indoor/outdoor garage-like seating where it was so hot. No one else was out there, tvs weren’t on, it was dark. I didn’t even sit down. I took my family next door to Red Robin instead. I don’t understand why we were sat in there, the dining room wasn’t even crowded- less than half full. My daughter had never eaten there before and we had planned to take her out for chicken wings after seeing a movie at AMC. Horrible experience.

I ordered 2 long islands ( one for me and my company). I said less on the sour, and I got the drinks. you can taste the sour. She made another and it taste like pop. I said she can’t mess this up I’ll get a Heineken. Ask for another, she gives me a Heineken silver. I sad bad service, I was ready to go home and eat there.

This is the only bdubs close to my home and wings are one of my favorite cravings. This restaurant location has let me down time and time again. More recently it has been even worse to the point where I will no longer be going to any bdubs and having everyone I know refrain from going. The staff is rude and refuses to correct errors. I have also had multiple orders for delivery come with the wrong items or old items.

I didn’t get greeted more then 10 minutes at the Bar , I finally got to place a togo and the I didn’t get the order for another 1hr. it’s took so long and the wings and apps was so cool and the cheese cake was hot . It was so slow don’t now why everything went so wrong. I definitely won’t come back I definitely getting my money.

Where do I start! The waitress was out of order, casually cursing and hollering across the restraunt to gain our attention and so much more. The order was wrong, the table was dirty, the smell was atrocious, it was one of the worst dining experiences of my life. I will say, the man at the front door was nice, but other than that, save your money and skip this place.
