Server (Kyle) was great. Food was sup-par for BW3. I don’t know what was going on with the chicken, but it was rubbery and tasted either under-done or like it was freezer-burned (Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich). Regardless, it’s definitely a place we will keep coming back to. Would be nice if we could turn off the booth screens. It is not appealing to eat during a bloody MMA match.

This visit was very disappointing. Don’t get me wrong, the food was great, but our server sucked. To start off he approached our table yawning ( early evening around 6ish) our drinks were left on the edge of the table to hint for a refill but after walking past our table several times he finally approached to refill bar drink but left my Pepsi sitting empty. We asked for to go box and lids for the ranch the box was brought but no lids we waited but finally left with ranch sitting on the table. We are big tippers for good service, but this tip was less than 10% and didn’t deserve that.

The server sat us down at a dirty table the TV had ketchup very dirty it took about 40 minutes to get dinner was not even crowded. Food came out 3 had cold fries and hash browns. My husband started eating halfway thru he picks up a boneless wing and there was a bug under it… needless to say we left had to pay for 1 beer they wanted to send us a gift card we said no thanks!! Normally I would go back but to many strikes in 1 visit

I have not gone out for wings in a few years. Some major sticker shock! 15 wings, fries ,celery, carrots blue cheese and a coke. $27! Last time I went there it was about $15 at most. Charging $1.50 for blue cheese?! I’ll only be eating wings when I am expensing it for work from now on.

I was excited to go to bw3 it had been quite a while since i went. No hard copy menus anymore which is dissappointing. Im on my phone enough but i got over it. Our server was rather inattentive as he had the whole bar area it seemed. Poor and seating on managements part. The major dissapointment was the wings. First of all they were tiny, like anorexic chicken tiny I remember bws wings being bigger. Second they were dried out. I ordered buffalo medium and they came out looking dry as a bone as if they were sauced then tossed into an air fryer. Probably sat under a heat lamp to long. The nachos were ok but without the paper menu i didnt realize there was no meat unless requested on them. Server didnt ask either. Honestly id take pizza hut wings over what i was served yesterday. Probably my last trip to bdubs

Great wings, appetizers and drafts. Nice, clean environment. Come one, two or bring a party. Wait time for carry out is usually a short wait too. Busy nights are typically weekends and special sporting events of course. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.
