This place is the worst place of all, the kitchen staff is pathetic, the food they send out of that kitchen is ridiculous, just cant believe they would send out boneless chicken wings that were nothing but breading and gristle had about 2 small pieces of boneless chicken breast and they were hard as a rock. The waitress was great she was having a bad day due to the inefficiency of the kitchen. Fries were about a week old no big deal, but the waitress was trying, its hard tonwork when you dont have a kitchen staff.

I placed an online order and arrived at exactly when it was to be ready. I went in and didn’t see my name on anything on their prepay shelf. I asked about my order and was told it would be out soon. After sitting for 10 minutes, I decided to open the only bag on prepay shelf. There was my order. My cold order. I couldn’t eat the fries and had to microwave my wings. The wings were ok…but the customer service was horrible!!!

I love a good plate of wings and a cocktail or a beer, especially with friends. BWW is the easiest place in town to do so. My biggest gripe with this location is that service is hit or miss. Oddly, it’s always better the busier the restaurant. I don’t know if that’s an issue with the number of staff or their attitudes.

Don’t plan a large event with party platters. They are not accustomed to using the party platters for dining in. Only carryout. No dinnerware available. Had to use take out containers to eat from and everything was packaged in aluminum pans. No set up available in the party room. I had to serve the chips and salsa/queso/guacamole with no cups or containers. Waitress did her best, she was still talking other tables on the floor. This was a wedding rehearsal dinner and they had seated another party in there with us. Not enough tables or chairs for our 30 guests. This was not managed well at all even though I makes the order and reserved the room a week in advance.

Went in during a break at work but we have a very limited amount of time for food called 20 minutes ahead and was told it would be 15 minutes that’s fine, arrived and went in after 22 minutes and it wasn’t ready ok I understand, waited approximately 10 more minutes and went in and one order was ready, they said it would be just a second for the other, waited approximately another 10 and it still wasn’t ready I asked how long they said they didn’t know. That’s 42 minutes, then to be told they didn’t know how long it would be. Then the order that my partner got was cold and he just threw it out. The assistant gm came to the counter to refund mine and just didn’t say a word. Awful customer service, the food was of subpar quality, and the organization was terrible.

The wings were large and the bourbon sauce on some and mild sauce on the other was very good! The waiter however, would ask if I needed anything, repeat what I said, and not return. Really. I wound up having to get a waitress to get it for me. So BWW needs to give their staff the heads up. When you ask a customer, you know, the one that may or may not add money to your pocket, if they want something, you might want to consider returning with the item.

On Monday August 14th I stopped to eat dinner here. Hostess seated me and was literally the only employee that acknowledged me until I got up 15 minutes later ad walked out! One server asked me on the way out to not leave. Cattlemen’s didn’t hesitate to take my money!

Standard Buffalo Wild Wings. Standard pub food. They do have good drink specials and we enjoyed watching sports there while eating and drinking. The bar manager and bartenders were all great!
