First I’d like to say that, there are too many 1 Stars reviews here with the same story line as compared to the 5 Stars; therefore, I believe the 4 and 5 Stars are just local Families and Friends trying to get their reviews higher than what they actually are.

Very disappointed in my recent attempt of a visit. I ordered my food at 7:34pm with a pickup time at 8:00pm. I arrive at 7:50 which I know is a little early awaiting for my food. To my surprise someone came and greeted me at 8:00 on the dot asking if I had placed an order. I then pulled up the app to show that I was at the correct address and that the money ($47) had been taken from my debit card. The employee went to get their manager where it got even more annoying. In big bold font at the top of the screen it said “your order will be ready for pickup today at 8:00pm.” The manager tried to show me in itty bitty little font that the top number said ready by 8:20. Well here’s the problem with that; it had changed twice to get to that 8:20 number and there was never an update. I alerted the manager of the very large font that said when the order should have been ready where he tried to literally go back and forth with me about how the time said 8:20 at the top. While we were talking the time changed again to 8:30 so here’s your sign. He offered to START cooking my food… I repeat… START cooking my food 30 minutes after I had ordered it and told me it would be another 30 minutes. No thank you… I left and am very disappointed. Side note, maybe work with manager about trying to make his customers seem incompetent and being passive aggressive by calling them boss and trying to point out the baby font of the time that the food is supposed to be completed. Happy birthday to me I guess.

Management & service has went completely to 0. My kids could give better service than whatever these people are offering. Past couple trips have been awful but the last one for good was miserable. Dirty table, sat ourselves, didn’t see waitress the entire dinner after she gave us our food and drink. No refills, nothing. But continued to serve people around us who were purchasing alcohol. After being extremely frustrated at the entire experience politely asking for our check and to go box (had to go track down the waitress for the request) she proceeded to get rude and snippy about it it. We did finally get our check 5 minutes later but of course with no box and of course the waitress never came back. I had to then proceed to tell the manager how the employee handled the entire dinner from walking into the door to giving us our check and the manager just wanted to complain to me about how she’s having to cook the food and pretty much dismiss our concerns that they expect us to pay for. We’ve tried and tried and tried to give them second chances. This was the last for good. I really hope Corporate makes some serious changes at this location or they fail miserably, not fair to our community to spend their hard earned money on blatant disrespect and poor “service”.

I had to wait to be seated while the hostess and waitress stood by talking. After being seated I was finally able to order my food. My food was delivered by both the waitress and what appeared to be a manager. Both just set my plates in my direction and they walked away without asking if I needed another drink or anything else, I eventually went to the bar to get myself a drink. I never got offered extra napkins, if I needed anything else…nothing. Just bad service all the way around. Also, my burger was very dry, which was disappointing, but again, I was never asked how my meal was so there was no way to relay this to anyone. I know that I could have asked for the same Manger to give feedback but I don’t think he cares. Could have been a bad day for them, but looked as if they had plenty of help and the restaurant was not half full. Would have been better off going across the street to Steak and Shake.

I ordered online and picked it up… worst experience ever. Food was extremely either over cooked or old. Definitely not hot nor fresh. Tried calling the store several times. No one answers and it just hangs up on me.

We absolutely love this place. Jade the bartender is very tentative, happy, and customer service oriented. She made us feel like we were the only people in the bar even though there was not a seat available. Would highly recommend this location to family, singles, and everything in between. Rebecca was the hostess and she immediately greeted us and made us feel so welcome. Also, the manager Emily came out and checked in to make sure our experience was everything we asked for.

March 2019 most recent visit, draft beer not that cold and just doesn’t taste too good at all…we ordered 2 large appetizers to split and the shrimp was horrible!!! Ultimate nachos were decent but nothing special at all and needed extra meat, the jalapenos were great though!!!

Ordered a grilled chicken wrap with sauce and received shredded chicken with no sauce. Mac and cheese for kids was only half way filled. Rap music blasting from the kitchen with the employees hanging there and not paying enough attention to the tables, completely unprofessional establishment. Manager just stood around and didn’t check on anyone.

Ist off…I am a very professional person that understands work challenges and the day to day changes that can occur in the workplace. I have not eaten at Buffalo Wild Wings since this time last year because of a similar service issue and now it hasn’t gotten any better. Specifically, Food Quality is still not what I expected, Time it took to get my order was Terrible, Order was missing several Items, Poor Customer Service (Team Moral), Sunday Evening with minimal customers in restaurant, Several (5) customers waiting 25 minutes or more when I arrived (All Online Orders). In a nutshell, I will not be returning again and I would never recommend this location to anyone I associate with.
