Being that I’m a truck driver I rarely get to order food when I’m on the road but I got a chance today. When I ordered my food online it didn’t add my birthday reward. The manager overheard me telling the cashier and he immediately jumped into action and rectified the issue immediately. Not slowing me down to get back to the truck at all. My food was ready and they made my beverage fresh. The cashiers were polite and the manager is the kind of manager I like. Listening to what’s going on in the store no matter where he is at. Don’t know if I will ever be back this way again but if I am I will definitely stop here with my husband for lunch.

Why would you go back a 2nd time. The burgers were so charred and hard. The meat was gross , the buns were burnt up as well. Not returning!

I know what I’m getting when coming here, cheap wings and beer and it’s usually great. Food was good this time as well. The place was nasty with half the tables needing busing and ants were crawling on the table. Food took about 45 minutes to come out after ordering. The waitress was good. The manager stood and watched a basketball game and cheered and clapped instead of addressing the problems in the dining room and making a customer friendly place.

Food was good in general but wasn’t hot when I picked it up. The app said all the burgers were unavailable so I had to call to place my order and had to call 4 times before someone finally picked up. There was also no ranch in the bag even though I specifically asked for extra. Might be better service in person but I was a bit disappointed

Clean and nice staff. Very unorganized. On a Saturday afternoon they were out of lettuce and chicken tenders. They also require you to specifically ask for items included in a meal, such as the kids meals. You must state you want the included fries and drink or they won’t serve it? Just seemed odd and felt frustrating. Food was ok. I wouldn’t go back.

Ordered lunch about 11:45, and after 45 minutes and not getting any food, I just walked out. Funny thing, I had my ticket, but never saw any food. I saw people order, eat, and leave while I just sat there. Have had issues with this location before but I continued to eat there but today was the last straw. I’m so furious, I’ve never posted a review before, but wanted this to be known. I saw about 4-5 orders come out from people that ordered after me. I didn’t have time to complain. I am on limited time for lunch and had to go. This place doesn’t deserve the 1 Star, but it wouldn’t take my review without giving it at least the 1 Star.

The server checking us out was great and the food was great but they forgot both orders of fries. Which is cool, we checked it before leaving and it didn’t click until we got home.

Came on Sunday night, Eric took care of us, it was my friend’s Jackie’s birthday, he made her feel awesome by announcing it to the whole restaurant . The bartender made us shots and our food came out quickly. What made the experience 10/10 was that i thought he was just a server or manager but the bartender told us he was the gm, and to get that type of service from all aspects of this place was amazing. We will be back!!!

We walked in, we were greeted,and immediately seated. It was busy but everyone around us had already had their drinks and food. Except for the couple that walked in with us. I looked over at their table, and they already had their drinks. We were still waiting to be greeted by our server. My boyfriend and I waited 10 minutes, and noo ne showed up yet. So we got up and left, I doubt we will be back. Fyi: we decided to come to BBW because our son loves the wings. So proper courteous and respect for your guest.
