First time at this location. Plenty of seating. The Brisket Tacos were delicious, though a little on the small side. But the perfect amount and I walked away satisfied, not stuffed. Fries were excellent. There was a small mix up with the order to start. But the waitress stated it would be fixed and it was less than 5 minutes. Mistakes happen, but the correction time was incredible. Loaded Nachos were as stated…. Loaded. Great spot. Fast Food. Great Service. Cool Spot. Would go back again. Cheers

Today I made sure to test them on the weekend and hit them right at lunch time. I tested my limits. Well it paid off. My basket of fried pickles were fried to perfection. The wings and nachos were perfect. The waitress was great and made sure to check on us but was not over bearing. Today I give them a 5 star. They exceeded on every level today. I decided to order pickup because I had a limited time to eat lunch. I placed my order over 30 mins before to make sure. It said my food would be ready for pickup at 1pm. I went in at 1pm and nobody was at the front. Nobody said anything to me. After 5 mins I went to the restroom and tried again. I stood there for another 10 mins until another customer came in which a lady acknowledged them and said she would grab the host. I told her I was there to pickup my order. She told me it wasn’t done yet. By this point it’s 20 mins past the time it said that it would be ready. I then waited another 10 mins for my food to come out. My wings had a funny smell and taste to them and my cheese curds were rubbery. Bad service and bad food. I wish I could say it was better than that. Each time I go in nobody is standing at the front and it takes them a while to acknowledge you.

Visited today(Friday) at 2:00. Only a few customers were seated. Waited 5 minutes to be seated. After we were seated we waited 15 minutes with no service. Finally gave up and left.

Ordered an appetizer and 2 meals. The one meal arrived wasn’t even hot and no appetizer or other meal. Asked to speak to the manager and she was as bad as the service.

We got here at about 6:10pm and the restaurant was half full. Service was terrible. We waited 20 minutes for a sampler and a pretzel, and the sampler came out cold and with no sauces. Kept seeing the waitress running back and forth between two doors, and never even came back to get our dinner orders. Had to ask a manager to send her back over to take our order (wings). An hour after we arrived, still no meal. We just asked for our check and left.

I take my wife out to eat fairly regularly, but we only come here every few months because the food and service is so very hit or miss. Last night was a freshly awful experience. The first three things we tried to order were not available, which in and of itself is not uncommon in food service, but off putting when they’re headline items on the menu.
