It was my first time going here and it was a good experience. I went with a group of people from work, so there was about eight of us. The waiter was amazing! He didn’t write anything down and remembered all of our orders, which takes some talent for that. I got the nachos and buffalo chicken sandwich. They have a BOGO on boneless wings every Thursday. Lots of flavors to choose from. Will definitely make another trip here to try some of their other menu items.

Very good service. I went here with my family of four, after waiting a bit the kids were getting restless and with no server, we were getting antsy. Once the hostess recognized that we hadn’t been waited on every manager and waitress was by our side apologizing and fixing us to-go food for us and the kids. The kids were tired and starving so this gesture meant a lot. Their willingness to right a wrong was exceptional. I’m very touched by the attentiveness of the staff.

1 star is still over rating this place. Mind you I’m out with my family, so first they sit us in the sun. I asked if we could move and the hostess was rude with an answer, but another employee said move back a table so we did. Took forever for the service, drinks, no utensils, ordered an appetizer, no napkins. The hostess tried to seat someone else in the sun, I said to my mother, no one wants to eat in the sun and that must’ve been an invitation to the hostess to get close to my face to explain that they didn’t have any servers elsewhere in the place. The place had more empty tables than full tables. Food was cold when arrived, I paid for what we ate, manager took care of the rest. The second person to wait on us was enjoyable though but overall, absolutely horrible.

Got seated at 1:45 and by 1:56. Nobody came up to me at all, so I left, absolute garbage, service, and the last time I went there, and actually waited the 20 minutes to get waited on, the food was cold, I’m done with this place. It’s trash. You would think with how much they’re charging for literally a handful of fries and some fried garbage that they could at least fricking have some good customer service.
