This place never disappoints. We’ve gone here often. We usually do carry out but we’ve dined in a few times as well. Their food is on point and the staff have always been fabulous. Personally we’ve never had a bad experience here and always have been happy with our food and the service. It can get pretty busy at Happy Hour on a Friday but that just shows people enjoy it and like the overall experience.

As soon as we go in it’s completely empty besides ONLY 2 tables and we’re told it’s a 10 minute wait. Okay that’s fine I get it’s short staff, But unfortunately the food tasted disgusting. We didn’t get our drinks until after the food was out. Only pro was that the staff was nice.

We just went for lunch but never saw our server. We waited for 5 minutes to be sat because the hostess wasn’t at the stand, then we waited 15 minutes at the table, which was dusty, before giving up and leaving. I don’t think anyone noticed us. The restaurant wasn’t busy, there was only one other table. And we saw a couple staff members horsing around and laughing and one outside vaping, so it’s not like they were busy.

Great food!! I was pleasantly surprised by BOGO Thursday ! 6 Different types of wings- all delicious!! Highly recommend this place. The Onion Rings are some of the best I ever tasted. Forgot how good this place was.

I’ve been to this particular BWW on two different occasions. Once for a to go pick up order and the second time was for dining in. Both times the restaurant was dirty and poor customer service. They weren’t crowded with customers. The dining in experience I ordered the boneless wings. They were hard as a rock and hardly any sauce on them. I asked for them to be taken off of my receipt because they were terrible. One of the other orders in my party ordered the tenders and those were hard as well. He had to send his order back because the wrong side was on the plate when it arrived at the table. BWW needs to clean up their act because the food and service is terrible. The majority of the tables had to be cleaned off and tables were turned over just sitting there waiting for someone to clean underneath them. It’s just disgusting to walk in and see that on two different occasions. Needless to say we won’t be returning to BWW at Southpoint. Recommend you spend your money somewhere else to get a bite to eat.

It was crazy busy when we arrived. Lots of folks placing to-go orders, picking up orders and call ins. The associate was very helpful, helped us get our to-go order placed and even made a few recommendations. Food was ready in about 20 minutes. We ate it during the Superbowl game and it was awesome! We got 6 different types of boneless wings and a hamburger.
