The family went to dinner on a busy Friday night. We hesitated to go in because while all the restaurants around it had full parking lots and theirs was scarce, but our daughter wanted chicken. It was alarmingly empty, then the host pointed to 2 sections we could go to and seat ourselves. Lots of places are understaffed so I didn’t think too much about it. When we walked up to the main section where he pointed, there were easily 15 tables scattered around filled with food and dishes that had not been cleaned off. There were more dirty tables than people eating. We were all immediately turned off and left. We definitely won’t be trying that place again!!

Britney was our server, she was fabulous! Understandably in these conditions they lack a few items. Over all the place was clean, the food was as expected. Minus some old fries which a fresh set brought out with no issues. Never had to ask for a refill which was nice.

It’s BWW. Nothing extravagant, but the food and service were good. We were very happy that they brought back the Hot BBQ sauce, even if it is only for a limited time.

We had a great meal with a bunch of friends while on our bicycle ride to Washington DC. The service started out really bad. Hosts on the phone so she just said pick a spot, then since we’re a large group we started moving tables that we got yelled at for, so we move to the bar area and again move tables and still got told if we just leave a space it should be fine with the fire Marshall. So anyone with a large group(7+) not to come here unless your dividing your party in two for 2 separate tables. After all in all though our server was nice and was very friendly so we of course still left her with a nice tip.

It wasn’t our best experience at BWW. Took forever to be waited on. Took forever to be served. And we were there between 5-6 PM. You’d think they would be ready. Seemed management had the two servers, who should have been more than adequate for the small crowd, doing other things around the restaurant. The server forgot part of our order. We had to wait for it to be ready. The food was cooked and came hot but seemed to be slightly undercooked. We had to flag down the server to get napkins and refills. We had no issue getting the check, however. Though the server was slow, bringing change back. We’ll be back because we love BWW and have been going for years. But maybe not to this one. Arundel Mills and Whitemarsh aren’t that far away.

My co workers and I came here for lunch. I was very pleased with the food. Thanks BWW for being generous with the sauce and seasoning. I also had the blueberry mint lemonade which was bomb yummy !! Only con is cleanliness.
