Had a group of 5. Our server Sarah was fantastic as always! The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Overall, it was a great experience. If I had any complaints, it would be the take-home carriers. They were not the usual sturdy cardboard but instead a very, very flimsy plastic. Even picking them up out of the fridge today, they were almost folding in half from the weight of the wings and the fact that the plastic is so thin.

I’ve been to this BDubs several times in the last few years for pickup and eating in by myself at the bar and with groups. Never have any issues, food and service has always been good. I’ll definitely keep going.

We decided to give this place a try, despite some mediocre reviews. So glad we did. The food was quite good and the service was outstanding. Krystal was our server and could not have asked to be better cared for! She was friendly, attentive and made great recommendations. We had hatch chili queso, tots (with cheese & bacon) as well as salt & vinegar wings – all very good. Will be back.

Service was slow but I think there was only one server in the whole bar area, poor guy. Fried foods tasted like the oil was old. Mozzarella sticks weren’t so bad but the pickles were hard to eat. Great atmosphere, though, and great drinks.

Overall, this place isn’t terrible. We go here a lot and it seems turnover is a big issue for this location. Speed of service and food quality is subpar at times, yet I still come back. If I could, I would’ve given this place 3.5 stars because it does have its moments where it redeems itself

Came in tonight on July 25th for my sons 18th birthday. I forget our servers name but white girl, heavier, long dark hair. We waited ATLEAST 10mins for refills and the only reason we got them is because she looked over and I made a gesture that we needed something. Food was amazing. Service not so much. We then waited 20mins to get our check, a box and the cake. Which we decided to eat at home after this. I was a server for 10years. What is the point of having food runners that you tip out at the end of the night that also don’t fill up drinks? When I was a waitress it wasn’t just MY table we treated everyone’s table like ours. Especially if one of our servers are in the weeds. Serving is all about time management. Which she clearly needs less tables until she can handle more than 3.

I love Buffalo wild wings in general, but I would never eat at this franchise again. The service was aggressively and intentionally bad, they had no beer on tap, and the wings were poorly cooked and sauced. At first I was surprised it was so empty on a big game night, but it was empty for a reason.

My biggest issue here is that no matter how many times I come the service is always ridiculously slow regardless of how busy it is. Recently what should have taken 1.5 hours max took 2.5 hours due to the lack of attentiveness of the server and the slow kitchen. We asked for our check and had to wait 30 minutes to even receive that. We also had to track our server down on various occasions just to even have her visit our table. The food is quite mediocre and overpriced with only the beer and appetizers seeming like a good deal. I really enjoy the atmosphere here and the happy hour has great prices, so it’s sad that the service is so bad
