We arrived around 6pm on Wednesday evening, so it wasn’t that busy. Our server was awesome and attentive! The food took a little while to come out, but that just meant that it was fresh and delicious. The Asian Zing sauce is delicious too!

They call this wings, had to toss myself no ranch or blue cheese even though I ordered. The staff were non-existent and the sauces provided were enough for a wing. I did this for my dinner from work and they expect you to run quality control for them. Waste of time, food and money.

The service was all wrong she bought out appetizers with our food (why) just rushing for no reason. Then she bought extra appetizers that we didn’t even order. Than said we will take it off the bill and still charged us now we have to wait for the new bill we just want to get out of there. The chicken nachos was so dried, cold and no chicken on it smdh. Very disappointed in the food and service. The Long Island iced tea was watered down and with so much ice for no reason. I do not recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings. Again very disappointed in the food and service and it wasn’t even busy.

Came in for lunch and it took 10 mins to get someone to take our order and waited over 30 mins just as we thought our food coming out nope someone else that showed up 2 tables after us. My friend asked how did they get theirs before ours waitress give him attitude and walked away, we got up and left. All we ordered was boneless wings and onion rings. Other tables have been waiting even longer. Last time i will be here. Don’t go to the brick location.

My whole order was wrong … I got a $20 green chili burger with no green chili – and 6 onion rings. The wings were the wrong flavors and I didn’t even get the ranch dipping sauce! Terrible! I’ll never go back.

I’ve placed orders here more then a few times and every time I have, something was always wrong with it. The most recent time, I requested the wings be extra sauce and I even called the restaurant to make sure they would do it and when I picked up the order they were pretty much bone dry. It may seem like a little thing to complain about but traditional wings are very expensive and we spent over $80 dollars that night for food that wasn’t prepared to out liking. I called to let them know about my experience and the Manager I spoke with seemed very nice and understanding over the phone and offered to comp the entire meal, which I had no expectation of, whatsoever. I just called today to place an order, and the gentleman I spoke with said the order was comped $5 dollars. I don’t mind the $5 dollars, but I do mind being told one thing and then being given another. We will NOT be ordering from this place again. Whenever I want buffalo wings I’m ordering them from my pizzeria, they are more cost friendly and taste better!

I was seated and than NOTHING……sat here with my girlfriend and her son for 9 mins with no one coming over to the table..no one came til the greeter came by and I said “what no one works here”.he took our order..as you see there is really NO ONE in here.if my girlfriend wasnt hungry i would have left.doesnt matter what i ordered or how good it may or may not be,first impression is everything to me.being left to just sit like I was non existent ruined my whole experience at this Buffalo wild wings…
