We went to this Bww late in the night around 10. Service was very good, our sever came in regularly and asked us how we are doing. Food came in quick hot and fresh. We had boneless wings and bird dawgs. Very good experience with ample of parking and sitting area.

The food is just not very good. It’s a fun place for like a fantasy football draft or something but I would never go on my own / with my family. I don’t feel like this is the fault of anyone at this particular location, but these chain places just can’t compare to some of the great “local spots” available in Southington or surrounding communities.

The store manager Anthony was extremely rude and lacks customer service skills! I initially had ordered for take out but once arrived my partner and I changed our minds and we asked the young lady who took my order if we can sit and eat-in. She did not direct me to a waiter and just said yes! So we sat on a table and ate our food. I unfortunately missed the sign that said no outside food or drinks as it is there when you walk in but honestly no one ever looks at that!I had my personal coke. I am enjoying my food and all of a sudden Anthony the manager comes out and rudely say’s “ Your not allowed to drink this in my store, so I said well do you sell coke I’ll be happy to buy it.” He said we sell “Pepsi,” I said “well do you have water ? “ he then rudely said “if you wanted service you coulda had asked for service” in an arrogant way. I said to him well did you ask your employee first if it was offered? He said “No, but I will! Just get that drink out MY STORE.” And walked away after I asked for his name & title. TERRIBLE SERVICE! Maybe he needs training perhaps he could had been more curious on “hey did anyone offered to provide you any service as we only allowed inside drinks and to dine in lobby we need to assign a waiter to assist you! And he could had offered if I can get someone to get you a different drink I would had probably asked for a Margarita and gave more assets to the company! This review would had been a 5 star but lack of empathy on the customer service world will not get you anywhere! And the fact that he never even brought me a cup of water like who denies water to their customer I spent around 75.00 a month on this store. But I will take my service elsewhere where is actually appreciated!

I ordered online and pickup in store, said it would be 30 minutes, I showed up 35 minutes later, stood at the counter, hostess/waitress chatting with somebody, and then walked away. when conversation was done, I rang bell on counter, kitchen worker came out, and pulled my bag of rack in hallway to give to me and the food was cold. Chicken wings was dry and sucked. And my wife got a stomach ache from the chicken sandwich. Not to mention the price you pay for them too. Not worth it.

Customer service sucks . Bunch of ignorant young kids get hired here every week. like a revolving door of robots . Manager needs to change and employees needs better training to provide great customer service to ALL their guest not only the ones they like.

The food was awful I ordered a saucy chicken sandwich which said your choice of sauce and I liked their new sauce when it came to me there was no sauce just a plain chicken sandwich but I had gotten charged for the saucey chicken one and I had to tell the waitress and she told me that they didn’t have my flavor sauce so they made it plain,we didn’t even eat like 90% of our food,our drinks were not mixed properly and tasted terrible,they didn’t change us the discount prices/happy hour pricing, then when we kept bringing up different things our waitress (who was only there for 2 days kept trying to help) but we had to speak up about the prices and they still didn’t charge us the right price. It was a complete mess this was the 3rd strike with the southington bbw. I will never come back. It was embarrassing and an awful experience for my whole group.

We went today cuz we want to have a good lunch in family and we were waiting for almost 20 minutes and we went inside to look for someone cuz nobody was at the front, and one of the girl give me attitude just because we told her that we were waiting, then she take care of the next customer after us like nothing and she just ignored us. So no I don’t like it. And I will no coming again.
