Nice new location in Portsmouth with very attentive and friendly waitstaff. The food came out quick and it was great, kids meals are a perfect portion. The burger was really good and could easily be split by 2 people. I did remove a star because we were disappointed this location doesn’t participate in the buy a burger add 6 wings for 1$ like every other location we’ve been to, we are “deal followers”

First time trying out the new location and we were so happy with all it has to offer! The food was delicious and platinum margaritas hit the spot on a Friday night. Try the Buffalo Chicken Tots ~ so yummy and my new favorite. The husband enjoyed his old stand by-15 boneless wings (spicy garlic) ~ a big enough serving to have a few leftover for the next day. Olivia was our amazing server and we look forward to seeing her again!

Food was cold, had to wait 2 f-ing hours, and the waitress never communicated with the table. Smh, not to mention, she also got my buddy’s order wrong. Just take a look at what they brought out to the table.

My dining experience here was in great company. The servers were very attentive and always ensured that our glasses stayed full and encouraged boxes for our remaining food. We didn’t take the boxes as we’d eaten what we could, paid the check, and departed since the restaurant was near closing. I have had better tasting wings at other BW3 locations, so maybe it was an ‘off night’ here.

Just waked in to grab my Uber eats order. A lady was standing there and not looking thrilled to be there and no smile on her face. Told her I was picking up and she pointed to where my food was. Anyways I could have ignored that if the boxes of wings were all covered in sauce, and by the looks of it no one cared to toss the wings properly. What’s up with the portion size too? I normally go to Rochester and they always seem to be happier and have given me food that was well presented.

What a difference from the mall or the one in Rochester. The atmosphere was great, the service team worked together and the food was fresh and the best we had in a long time. We had one issue which was corrected immediately. Highly recommend!!!! Kudos to Jenn, she was great!

Ordered boneless wings with my girlfriend, took about 20 25 minutes to get to us and the place was dead at 4pm… Food came out, was cold… Bartender was nice, took it back to the kitchen. There had to be at least 7 or 8 employees sitting at a booth , messing around, not sure if the entire staff was on break, Idk. Our wings came back out, they were hot , but now I don’t know which flavor is what as they jammed all the stickers on one side instead of where each flavor is like before. Didn’t comp anything, full bill…

Came from water country, having a blast with my family and kids. The day was perfect till we decided to dine in at Buffalo Wild Wings….We were a table of 7 with 2 infants. I asked for 2 booster seats which for some reason we’re placed upside down when they finally brought them over to our table. We all ordered drinks and food. Had to ask for napkins, straws, & even to take back some sodas that tasted like pure water and sugar… After complaining to them about our drinks they proceeded by literally getting my order wrong 3 times in a row… I ordered a simple burger with lettuce, mayo and cheese only.. First time they brought it out it had bacon inside. I let them know they apologized and brought it back again this time with pickles in it. I complained once again. The 3rd time they brought it out it was by a manager trying to intimidate me to eat the food.. it’s been 40mins. My whole family is done eating and ready to leave by the time they got my burger finally right…… So of course I didn’t eat it. I left the meal on the table just how they brought it. They then still tried to charge me for it lol. Never coming back to this unprofessional restaurant ever again. They should be ashamed of the employees they had working there that night. Not a single care in the world about treating their customers with respect… If you don’t like your job, find another one.
