Fast and friendly service. Place was dated but clean. The place wasn’t too busy or dead/quiet, just the perfect amount of customers that made it feel like a welcomed local cafe. The menu is your standard American dining variety with a kids menu selection as well. All 5 of my family members meals were surprisingly brought out to our table faster than we expected ( ) and tasted healthy and fresh (not overly salted). The menu’s prices were what you should expect especially with the current hyper-inflation. You can think of The Budget Cafe being similar to what a small town local Dennys was like before they franchised.
