The staff and the chef/owner were the highlights of our visit. We were here for the fish fry, and they did not disappoint. Options were cod, lake trout (local), whitefish (local), and salmon. We ordered 1+ of each except the cod. And they were fried and/or grilled to perfection!

Buck’s restaurant is a place that you go and sit and eat like you’re at home it is home cooked food made from a family and served to a family it is family run and the dad is cooking the mom or stepmom is preparing and the daughter and other family members are serving Buck’s restaurant is the place to go when you’re in the upper peninsula in Ishpeming Michigan you go there to eat or have a good meal they are the one place that’s left to have home cooked meals.
