Hands down the most expensive/ least appetizing meal I’ve ever paid for. Tri tip = dried out/overcooked beef jerky. Pulled pork = over seasoned, greasy with nothing remotely redeeming about it. My 5 year old will eat almost anything, but she took one one bite everything our shared plate and said she wasn’t hungry.

This restaurant is the worst possible restaurant I have ever been to. I have seen has station food better than this. They have three half retarded workers that can barely function, let alone cooking there horrendous food. It took 20 minutes to make a sub par mac and cheese, just for it to taste a five year old made it. The buffalo chicken wasnt even spicy, all I tasted was lime. Do not ever go here it’s for your own good.

Used to love the Roadhouse Salad. Ordered today for lunch, as I was eating I noticed several slimy pieces of wilted lettuce. I brought it back and was offered a refund. I explained that the refund wasn’t as important as them pulling the gross lettuce and not serving it to other customers. I was told the manager does not allow staff to toss bad food. They are still required to sell it.

I have been dining here for many years, however everything seems to be different. The service staff is unhelpful and sauces are no longer available. I asked for the meat to be cut in sampler size and was told no and they do not do that. And when I told the lady, it is always had it done, she said they are busy!!!! There wasn’t even a queue. When I said I could wait, she immediately had it done. I ordered the whole tri tip medium rare but obviously it’s not and I am really super disappointed. To be honest if the tri tip is not cut, it’s just not possible to eat with plastic cutlery.

OMG to finally find the food inside the mall was a treat within itself! I posted the salad on my Facebook page with the caption “now that’s a salad!” And yes it truly was absolutely delicious. I was supposed to add meat to the salad but I forgot it took me all evening to finish it as it was enough for two people. I sometimes eat vegan style but I wasn’t sure so I ordered the chicken, bacon and avocado sandwich just to have some meat. The smoky flavor was immediately recognized and totally appreciated; I can’t wait to stop in again!

Impressively bad. These do not look the same guys. Haven’t changed their carbonation too so they’re soda is flat. They just aren’t trying. Didn’t even get dressing let alone any toppings on the salad. I would assume this comes from poor lead ship as managers are obviously not checking quality and coach they’re employees on how to do their job properly. I used to go to Buckhorm at the Metreon and it was good quality. Not sure if it’s this location or the whole franchise isn’t trying.
