This could be the worst McDonald’s there is. The drive thru is generally a mile long, orders take forever, and things are behind. I don’t know if that’s due to a lack of staff or what it is. Regardless, orders tend to be incorrect or missing items, the staff couldn’t seem less interested in talking to you, and oddly, the drive thru’s soda mixes are all messed up; too much syrup, not enough soda water. Their “serve yourself” soda machine is just fine, though.

Avoid this McDonald’s at all cost. Waited in line for 20 minutes today 7/3 for them to tell me they ran out of ice coffee. This place is going down hill fast so much that I would go to the next town to a McDonald’s. Where is the customer service, the guy never even tried to make it right. Unbelievable!!!

Ordered this Big Mac… literally meat, cheese, and the buns. Also ordered chicken nuggets, but received none of the sauce we ordered (bbq and sweet and sour)… makes for a bland meal. But received probably 45 ketchups packets… not sure how you make a Big Mac and forget to put everything on it … ? But from the reviews, it sounds like this isn’t new..

I wish I could give a lower rating. Where do we start.. cashier’s are not trained, welcoming nor do they provide any kind of positive engagement. Our order has been wrong the last 3x. Get better. It’s not that hard to greet someone, take their order and quality control what is being served to the end customer.

Three trips in a row I’ve had inedible stale fries. I was the only person ordering food at the drive thru but they gave me at least one hour old cold stale fries. I thought the service here had improved because they completely stopped making mistakes when I ordered plain cheeseburgers over the last year, but the fries are gross and at $3 per order that’s unacceptable…plus my wife looks forward to fountain coke and said it tasted gross last time too!!! Like the soda fountain
