Customer service is poor. Food was not tasting good and over priced for a small portion. I did not get a fork or napkins and when I asked the young boy said to me he put in the plastic bag. Food is not worth it do not go to this place unless you wanted to leave upset!

Woah this place is actually great. It’s been so long since I’ve found decent food but this is really delicious. The pricing is fair and everything it says you get, you get. I ordered soft tacos with steak, plenty of toppings and you taste all the flavors. For my partner they ordered Cajun chicken quesadilla and you get several sauces on the side. As well the mango, pineapple and banana smoothie and chocolate slice of cake. Everything was flavorful, warm and cooked perfectly. Ordered at 8:57 store closed at 9:45 and I received my order through Uber eats at 9:50 ish. So impressed! I was skeptic but very happy I ordered. Thank you for your work!

These Burritos taste like gentrification. Bubby’s use to be so so so good! Unfortunately, the one thing that made you overlook the terrible customer service is now unseasoned and over cooked. The only unrelenting constant is their customer service or lack thereof.

Their food is usually amazing but as a consistent customer, they let me down. 2 hours late because they forgot to tell us certain items were unavailable. Very rude, very horrible customer service experience. They told me it was my fault and proceeded to call back for tip. I ordered weekly and will now never order from here again. Also this whole rib cage was in my chicken soup.

With all the other Mexican restaurants and taqueiras around I decided to give this place a try. Bad idea. If I could give it 0 stars I would. First I go in to place to order and the kid at the register barely opened his mouth to speak. He has short hair on the sides and a pony tail on top. Cmon kid ur in America serving customers and food. If you dont want to be there tell ur dad u got homework to do and hire a real employee. It’s completely unacceptable or at least get some training and act like you want to take an order instead of looking brain dead… Sorry for the rant. I specifically asked for Mexican style tacos. He looked like he didn’t even want to take my order or even be there for that matter. When I got my order it was all wrong.

Trash. Not the type of taco I am use to. Lacks flavor, presentation, and the stake is over cooked and extremely salty. All I taste is salt. For $8 , NOT WORTH IT! You could of gave me a bigger lime. This had to be the smallest one single piece of lime I’ve ever got at a restaurant. And you green sauce was Trash too.

Been coming here since I was in 3rd grade and I’m now a freshman in college. I haven’t found a better Mexican place than this one and I will seriously cry if they ever shut down. Truly a jersey city staple! Try the Mexican enchiladas with mole sauce!!! Seriously the best and their smoothies are amazing!
